Beautiful condo and location This condo has a beautiful view of the beach and you are just steps away from it! Condo is decorated nicely and perfect for 4 friends on a girl’s trip!

Great view of the beach.

The property was ok, there were several holes in the walls, specifically above the front door and several marks/scuffs in the master bedroom. Also the condo is stocked very sparsely just fyi. I have been in some where they have a small amount of most basic amenities like salt, pepper, other seasonings, coffee filters, etc and this unit did not. I realize it’s not a requirement but those kinds of small touches are what makes a place really standout and helps to have after a long day of traveling. Also the lighting in the master bathroom is very poor and the outlet in there does not hold anything in it, the appliance being plugged in just falls out, so it is useless. With that being said, I wouldn’t say our stay was bad, I just don’t think I’d rent this particular unit again. The view was incredible and the proximity to the beach was perfect. I feel like for the price however, it should have been in much better condition.

I would highly recommend staying at One Seagrove Place. The pictures matched the property. It is located just a short drive from Seaside and Panama City. It was a great value.

We loved the condo and the location. It was very clean and close to many great beaches and restaurants. Loved visiting Seaside (Home of the Truman Show SeaHaven). The only negative is that the Be Home App never updated with our door code to get in, but the front desk and phone customer service was extremely helpful. We got in and had what we needed for a nice Family getaway.

We loved the property and the location. However there did appear to be mold by both of the air vents in the living room. Other than that, it was great.

We loved the space. It was perfect! We'll be back!

The unit was recently renovated and very nice. Oddly no pantry? But overall excellent. View was awesome and all the amenities very good.

Pleasant stay Villa was decorated nicely but some details were missing. Bathroom floors were not cleaned like they should be, large hole in the guest bathroom wall, drywall was missing around the door frame, no Tupperware/plastic wrap/plastic bags - storage containers to take lunch/snacks to the beach. Coffee pot was broken, but staff downstairs and owner were kind enough to quickly replace it. Thank you! One elevator went down and that caused logistics challenges since we were in the 15th floor. For almost $1000 for less than 48 hours, it could have been much better. Lots of small things added up. Gym was clean and nice. Easy to walk to coffee, dinner and ice cream.

Loved it! This condo was near perfect for us! Beautifully decorated with everything you need!! Perfect location. We will be back 💕

Beautiful Condo Very well equipped and beautifully maintained

Convenient condo! The location is very convenient, pool is nice, beach access is nice. The cleanliness of the unit left a little to be desired but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
