One Seagrove Place is undergoing an exciting property improvement project beginning October 1, 2026, including the construction of a brand-new pool and boardwalk area. The pool is expected to reopen in early spring 2027.

To help you plan your stay, please review the following important updates:
- Pool Closure: The pool will remain closed throughout construction, with reopening anticipated in early spring 2027.
- Construction Noise: Guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours. Some phases may be louder than others.
- Beach Access: The direct beach walkway may be temporarily rerouted. When necessary, guests can use the public beach access walkway immediately next to the building.
- Limited Parking: Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation. All guests must be properly registered to avoid towing or immobilization.
- Bicycle Rentals & Storage: On-site bicycle rentals and storage will be unavailable during construction. Personal bicycles must remain on your vehicle and are not permitted inside the building.
- Beach Chair Service: Coastal Beach Service operates on-site from March 1 through October 31. Outside these dates, guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs and umbrellas. Rentals are also available through Redfish Rentals at 850-213-1240.

Unit 1202 at One Seagrove Place, a newly renovated 2-bedroom condo located on the twelfth floor with a Coastal Contemporary motif. This unit offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf and beach and beautiful morning sunrises.

Step inside this newly updated unit with new doors and hardware, fresh paint and new bathroom vanities with quartz tops for a fresh and clean look. This comfortable living space offers many amenities, including two updated bathrooms featuring quartz top vanities, a walk in shower in the Master and tub/shower in the guest bath with tile surround. Please note that Coastal Parasail provides beach services, while Walton County Beach Services is the designated beach chair vendor for this property. Although beach chair and beach service rentals are not included with your stay, you may contact either vendor directly for rental options and assistance during your visit.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
