One Seagrove Place 1106 — Guest Reviews

Absolutely perfect! Million dollar view. Beautifully decorated. Great location with fabulous restaurants close by. We loved our week and would definitely rent again. Mark and Kathy

The place was clean and very comfortable. The communication to any questions I had was TOP TIER! Would stay here again and again.

Beautiful and no regrets ! Sunset views amazing ! Bed comfortable ! Place has everything you need !

nice view

Location was great, private parking lot that was super accessible, walk to the beach was right out the back doors, very convenient! Our room was decent/good, floor under kitchen table had spaghetti sauce stains, master bathroom floor was concrete (meaning it can’t be cleaned well), but my bedroom biggest complaint was a very damp, moldy ceiling above the shower, I couldn’t even look at it and started showering in the hall bathroom.

Beautiful view and great location! The entire unit was clean and had everything we needed.

Our stay was a 3 generation girls beach vacation and we had a wonderful time! The staff at One Seagrove Place are exceptional- very friendly and helpful! We initially had concerns about elevator wait times since our condo was on the 11th floor, but it turned out to be a non issue as there were two of them and they were both very fast! The entire property was very clean and the unit itself as well. Only negative was the ocean had a lot of floating seaweed during our stay (obviously not the property’s fault) but the pool was super clean and refreshing!

Great location and with a great view!

Very nice beachfront stay

The view was spectacular, corner unit. The staff up front was very helpful. The condo was pristine clean only think we truly needed beyond our week long stay was a few more trash bags... will book here again.

Absolutely loved this place! It was super clean the view was amazing! Private beach access and pool was a plus and there was lots to do around the area. Only a 10 min drive to seaside and 20 minute drive to rosemary beach. Will for sure be booking here again!

The only issue I have with this stay is the carpet in the living room was a bit dirty….should be an easy fix.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Host was awesome, views incredible, and the place was very well kept!

Absolutely stunning! Even better than the pics.

Perfect!

This was our 2nd time in this condo. It was an amazing experience. Would definitely do it again

Amazing stay. 1106 was beautiful. We had the best time in a beautiful environment.

Beautiful and clean condo with a spectacular view! The location can’t be beat!

Super clean and beautiful condo. Absolutely loved this place and will definitely book again!! Staff was also friendly and sweet!

Lovely condo, great location Overall, the condo was very clean, but there was no mattress protector on the master bed, and there were some spots on the comforter. The rest of the condo was spotless.

Nice One of the nicest places we have stayed.

Love one Seagrove! Great location and love updates in lobby and elevators! However, only complaint was it seemed as if A/C wasn’t working in master room. It got really warm each evening despite us turning down thermostat. Seems vent wasn’t working like others. Also the door/lock seems to need to be looked out. We could not get in one evening and due to storm no one was at desk that evening. We called and they had us push/pull door while doing combination and that finally worked. Love kitchen upgrades and shower and mirrors. Bathroom sinks are not super functional.

Clean and comfortable Love the remodel of the kitchen, more space was needed. thank you for the safe and comfortable stay. will be back for more beach and fun.

Clean and comfortable unit This unit has fantastic upgrades and remodels, new bedding and a more spacious kitchen. Will gladly use VRBO to select out next stay at One Seagrove Place.

One Seagrove way Everything was great but only one elevator working . Still has a great time !
