excellent vacation The room was great, great view and location. The room was clean and well equipped. It was so nice to have more than 1 towel there were plenty for showers and hair drying - great. I wish a bigger supply was given for those of us spending more than a week. We arrived and the coffee pot was missing parts and not working, it was replaced within the hour. Also, a light bulb needed replacing - done. Thank you we had a great time. The water was so warm as was the weather - perfect.

Great views and everything you need Stayed here for a couples anniversary getaway weekend and had a wonderful time. The views from this unit cannot be beat, we spent a significant portion of our time out on the balcony so the furniture was much appreciated. This is a well loved unit that could use a little updating, beach furnishings take a lot of wear and tear, but everything was clean and in great working order. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved our stay!
Great condo for our family of 4 The condo was nicely updated, clean, spacious for our family of four and you can’t beat a location right on the beach where we could easily walk back and forth as needed throughout the day while saving our prime spot by the water.
Very nice Great view of beach. Clean. Nice set up with king in primary and queen in guest room. Beds were very comfortable.
This is my second time staying in this exact unit and it was great. (Also, they replaced all the elevators! Yay) Super clean, well stocked, except for no salt and pepper lol. We will definitely be back!
Great spot in the middle of all the beauty that is 30A. Very well-equipped, beautifully decorated and super comfortable condo. Highly recommend.

Beautiful view from beachfront balcony. Lovely this time of year.
Obviously the location is as great as it seems. The One Seagrove Place renovations and proposed renovations are nice as well. Front desk and management were top notch. Unit 1102, itself provided plenty of room and covered the needs anyone could ask for. However there is a very bad smell that never disappeared over 4 days, the carpet felt old and could part of that problem, the back bedroom with twin beds squeaked with every move, were uncomfortable, the fan wobbled and would never be ok to accommodate another adult couple. There are stains on the white furniture and towels (which could be luck of the laundry draw). The appliances are old and show lots of wear. The main TV worked fine, the bedroom one did not. When we scooted things over to make room for our belongings, previous dirt or trash was discovered; crumbs in the refrigerator, something on the sofa blanket, etc. Overall, it just didn't feel "clean" and we took care of it ourselves, loose faucets, etc. We made the best of it and none of this in any way impacted our good time, we will just not be staying in this unit again.
Wonderful Going to start looking for dates for next year's vacation soon!! Cannot beat the views.

Wonderful vacation Enjoyed every minute. Loved the umbrella set up. Young man was very nice. So glad the bike rentals are right there and very nice bikes to use. Front desk staff were always very helpful.

Great location directly beachfront We loved the location and being able to walk straight out to the beach! Onsite staff is amazing and extremely accommodating. The condo needs some upgrades...maybe replace carpet with hard flooring, and the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom are very old and squeaky. Wish the pool was more inviting (i.e. music, bar, etc.) Overall...it was a lovely vacation and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spring Break! We chose this condo to spend our Spring Break and I’m so glad we did! The view is incredible and the condo was very comfortable. The location was close to restaurants and it was never hard to find a parking spot in the lot. The beds were comfortable, tv remotes easy to work and kitchen had everything we needed..except coffee filters 😂. I have it as a favorite in my app and it will be a number one choice when we visit 30a!
Dolphin view The condo was very clean and nice, good location and got to see alot of dolphins!
