One Seagrove Place is undergoing an exciting property improvement project beginning October 1, 2026, including the construction of a brand-new pool and boardwalk area. The pool is expected to reopen in early spring 2027.

To help you plan your stay, please review the following important updates:
- Pool Closure: The pool will remain closed throughout construction, with reopening anticipated in early spring 2027.
- Construction Noise: Guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours. Some phases may be louder than others.
- Beach Access: The direct beach walkway may be temporarily rerouted. When necessary, guests can use the public beach access walkway immediately next to the building.
- Limited Parking: Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation. All guests must be properly registered to avoid towing or immobilization.
- Bicycle Rentals & Storage: On-site bicycle rentals and storage will be unavailable during construction. Personal bicycles must remain on your vehicle and are not permitted inside the building.
- Beach Chair Service: Coastal Beach Service operates on-site from March 1 through October 31. Outside these dates, guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs and umbrellas. Rentals are also available through Redfish Rentals at 850-213-1240.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

“Great except.... Everything is great except the beach setup. Public access needs to be stopped, as it appears to be on adjacent properties. Way too many people crammed into a relatively small area. Regarding the beach setup, it is unclear at check in that you can book with others, and the one associated with One Seagrove requires you to haul the stuff to the beach and set it up. While somewhat cheaper, this is not good. Recommend just going with the county approved vendor.Regarding the overcrowding on the beach, perhaps enforce property boundaries like adjacent property owners do? ”
