Birthday getaway We celebrated my 30th birthday on this trip. The room was so nice and we loved how clean the entire building was! No trash and they kept the floors spotless. Everyone was so friendly and it felt like a safe place. We are definitely going to be coming here. Thank you!
Beautiful and comfortable condo with incredible views! Easy walk onto the beach and to restaurants. Our stay got cut short due to the hurricane, but would definitely stay again!!
The cutest condo!! My best friend and I did a mini-girl’s trip, and this condo was perfect for the two of us!! We loved it so much. Will absolutely be back!

Everything was perfect - the check in was so easy - they texted me multiple Times to checks in. Even the lobby was always clean ! The condo was immaculate - I loved the area too!
We truly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and exactly what we were hoping for - on the water and walkable to some restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Firstly the location is incredible, and the views are spectacular. The place was really as advertised, lots of great light and welcoming amenities. The parking was AMAZING and made for zero stress.
The condo was just as pictured online. Very clean and we loved staying at One Seagrove Place. Will definitely stay in this condo again. The kitchen could use some additional equipment but we managed. It was a great vacation!

Awesome location with so much walk ability. Quiet building, sweetest staff, and such perfect beach access. It was our first time to the area and the best experience. Super clean unit as well.

Everything was perfect
Beautiful view of gulf Property was nice & clean but the unit was very small. We barely had enough room in bedrooms & baths but we appreciated the king size beds. I can only blame myself knowing the unit was around 850 sq ft but the bedrooms were extremely tight due to the oversized furniture. The kitchen could only handle 2 ppl comfortably; stainless steel cookware was difficult to clean. There were no clothes hangers & the guest bed didn't have a fitted sheet. Concierge did respond & provided what we needed. Unit washer/dryer was tight & difficult to transfer wet clothes to dryer. Pool area left a lot to be desired. We didn't realize there was a new public beach access next to the property so the beach was extremely crowded. It was challenging at times to leave the beach with our gear due to so many people. Best part of our stay was enjoying the patio overlooking the water. Due to the overcrowded beach, pool area and tight quarters, I don't think we will return to One Seagrove Place.
Perfect Vacation Pretty much everything about our stay was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!
