Beautiful condo and Views We had a great family vacation with a beautiful view of the ocean

Relaxing thanksgiving break Wonderful condo and rental experience

Diane, Mike, and Tawana went above and beyond to make our unexpected travel changes as smooth and comfortable as possible. Because of the hurricane, our original plans were delayed, but Airbnb helped us find accommodations at SunDestin until we could move to our original stay at One Seagrove. From the moment we arrived, Miss Diane made us feel welcome, cared for, and completely at ease. She was kind, compassionate, and incredibly helpful. Mike was also wonderful and provided excellent support throughout our stay. At One Seagrove, Tawana stayed in communication with us, kept us informed, and made sure everything went smoothly when it was time to move. What could have been a stressful and disappointing experience turned into a positive and memorable one because of their kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for us. We are truly grateful to Diane, Mike, and Tawana, as well as Airbnb, for helping us through the hurricane delays and making us feel great We will absolutely return!

We were very happy with our stay at One Seagrove Place, Unit 501. It was clean, well-equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The view is exceptional. We would definitely stay here again!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay! The condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our Florida vacation. The location was great, and we really enjoyed being so close to the beach and everything in the area. Check-in and check-out were easy, and our stay was relaxing from beginning to end. We would definitely stay with Scenic Stays again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Florida. We had an amazing trip and can’t wait to come back! 🌴🌊

It is right on the beach

Pros: the location. It’s amazing to sit on the balcony and just watch the ocean waves. So beautiful & we really enjoyed being in the middle of 30A. The team was super communicative and it was very easy to check in and out. Everything was clear and the gym is in surprisingly good shape. A/C unit worked well. Great donut shop next door. The cons: this particular unit is very tired. The entire thing needs a refresh- missing art/empty nails on the wall, dead lightbulbs, the shower plug was broken in one bath, the grout was a mess in the other bath, the stains on the sofa were so bad (some set in stains and some more recent crusty food stains- I wouldn’t even sit on the sofa), stains on the lampshades and curtains, and overall super dated throughout. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I just felt like for what I was paying, I expected a bit more. Location is great, and with some attention and upkeep it could be fantastic.

This condo has a beautiful and spacious balcony for beach views. Very easy access to beach and parking. Visible and friendly staff when needed for any questions or assistance.

This was a great condo for my solo beach trip. The place had everything I needed and felt safe. The beach access, pool, parking and abundant luggage carts made it easy to check in. Super convenient and bonus that there was chair and umbrella rental onsite.

Beautiful view, easy access to the beach, The beach service was easy and attentive.Check-in was a bit confusing, but settled quickly. The property is close to almost everywhere we wanted to go!The condo is older, two bed rooms and snug. Also its past time for a few upgrades in the kitchen, sofa, and mattresses!

We really enjoyed our stay at One Seagrove Place. The unit is nicely tucked away at the end of the 5th floor and very private with great beach and ocean views. The location right on the beach was perfect and the onsite self-service chair and umbrella rentals made going to the beach really easy. There were always plenty of space available on the public beach and the proximity of the public beach access to the unit was never a problem. The location in Seagrove beach is very close to all the nearby towns for dining and shopping up and down 30A. We enjoyed the fact that it was a little quieter than some of the other areas like Seacrest, Alys Beach etc.

Perfect beach stay Location is everything and this place has it! Right on the beach and walking/biking distance from everything else there is to offer in the area!

beautiful views great stay

A few repairs Master bath light were not working when we arrived. It was an easy fix but took us to the second day to find the main GFI circuit was in the spare bath. The master bath tub does don’t drain correctly, so it collects water during a shower and it takes awhile to fully drain. The kitchen faucet must be held in a certain position before it will turn off completely and stop dripping. This condo has a beautiful beach view but the windows were so dirty you could not enjoy it unless the doors were left open.

Disappointing Condo While the location and views were fantastic, the condo we stayed in was extremely disappointing. It is in desperate need of updating. Kitchen appliances are old, a cupboard door didn't even close, and the sink is rusty. The bed linens don't fit properly. The tub filled with water during a shower. The sofa was old and stained, and ottomans were saggy. For the high cost of this rental, we were very disappointed and do not recommend.

Too Hot to Handle Everything about this unit was great except the A/C was out 2 of the 4 days. Local maintenance was responsive but struggled to get HVAC to work properly on some of the hottest days. HVAC company was called out twice before issue resolved.

Sun of a Beach Property was as described in listing and pictures. Conveniently located on the beach and near shops and restaurants. The pool was a nice respite from the busy public beach to cool down in fresh water. Chairs and umbrella rental available right on the property, but make sure you get on the beach early to mark your spot as you will compete with the rest of the beach goers. Only downside: We had AC issues 2 of the 4 days we were there. Local maintenance was responsive but required a 3rd party HVAC company to be called twice, which meant, some less desirable temps and humidity in our unit. It was finally resolved our last afternoon we were there.

Very pleased, few improvements suggested...... The sheets are too small for the bed, fitted pocket sheet isn't deep enough! Annoying, woke up several times tangled and having to fix. Small thing but would make a big difference. Also, table on patio is a highbar, chairs are low, so you need higher chairs to reach or a lower table. Door hinges messed up on front door, wouldn't close, did a temp fix but needs to be addressed!

Getaway Property and location perfect for us. I have 2 improvements I would suggest, the table on. balcony is tall and chairs are short, so can't use. Also, fitted king sheet is too shallow (pockets) for mattress, doesn't stay on, frustrating to have to adjust during night, GET BIGGER SHEETS! Other than that, very pleased!
