One Seagrove Place is undergoing an exciting property improvement project beginning October 1, 2026, including the construction of a brand-new pool and boardwalk area. The pool is expected to reopen in early spring 2027.

To help you plan your stay, please review the following important updates:
- Pool Closure: The pool will remain closed throughout construction, with reopening anticipated in early spring 2027.
- Construction Noise: Guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours. Some phases may be louder than others.
- Beach Access: The direct beach walkway may be temporarily rerouted. When necessary, guests can use the public beach access walkway immediately next to the building.
- Limited Parking: Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation. All guests must be properly registered to avoid towing or immobilization.
- Bicycle Rentals & Storage: On-site bicycle rentals and storage will be unavailable during construction. Personal bicycles must remain on your vehicle and are not permitted inside the building.
- Beach Chair Service: Coastal Beach Service operates on-site from March 1 through October 31. Outside these dates, guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs and umbrellas. Rentals are also available through Redfish Rentals at 850-213-1240.

Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. “Diane, Mike, and Tawana went above and beyond to make our unexpected travel changes as smooth and comfortable as possible. Because of the hurricane, our original plans were delayed, but Airbnb helped us find accommodations at SunDestin until we could move to our original stay at One Seagrove. From the moment we arrived, Miss Diane made us feel welcome, cared for, and completely at ease. She was kind, compassionate, and incredibly helpful. Mike was also wonderful and provided excellent support throughout our stay. At One Seagrove, Tawana stayed in communication with us, kept us informed, and made sure everything went smoothly when it was time to move. What could have been a stressful and disappointing experience turned into a positive and memorable one because of their kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for us.
