The perfect place for family!

A gem in the Emerald Coast Our unit at One Seagrove Place was comfortable for our family, footsteps from the beach and in close proximity to our favorite beaches. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to plan a return trip!

Great Thanksgiving Stay This is our 5th year to stay at One Seagrove for the Thanksgiving holiday! Love the new Lobby!! Our stay was wonderful, everyone very helpful and friendly. Our unit was clean and had everything we needed. Communication was great and easy to understand and follow.

We had such a wonderful stay! The beach view was absolutely beautiful, and the condo was just as lovely—peaceful, comfortable, and a perfect place to relax and enjoy time with family. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Twana and Kimberly from the reception were amazing. They helped me with every inquiry which made everything so easy and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend! 🌊🤍

Great condo on the most beautiful beach in a well maintained building.

We had an awesome stay! The view was as pictured! The place was nice and cozy! Great for a simple get away!

Great place to stay for a beach trip. It offers easy access to the beach and is centrally located near plenty of great dining options. The host was easy to work with, very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

Great location. Awesome amenities. unit was clean. location was great. easy direct private access to the beach. restaurants and shopping walking distance right across the street. would 100% stay here again.

Our vacation was perfect from beginning to end! The place was exactly as pictured and beach access was perfect. Our place was very clean, and everything we needed for our time there. We loved having access to the golf cart (delivered to us) and cruising around to all the local spots. Overall a perfect stay!

My stay was absolutely wonderful. The property was very beautiful and exceptionally clean, which made the experience even more enjoyable and comfortable. I especially loved the beachfront view—it was truly amazing to wake up and see the ocean each day. The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax and feel at home. Everything was well organized and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this stay to others and would gladly return again in the future.

Improvements to unit desired Please add an end table for anyone sitting at the far end of the couch. Also, the headboards for the twin beds need to be secured to the frames so they don’t bang against the wall.
