Wonderful place to stay! Great hosts! The condo was exactly like the pictures and was in a great location.
There were toenails in the dresser when my daughter tried putting her clothes away. The beds were small, the air wasn't very cold and the kitchen faucet fell off every time you turned water on. I would expect better for $2400 for 5 nights

The place was great. Its very close to the beach and had a great view. Scenic stays was very helpful and super responsive throught the whole time.

This place looked just like the pictures and honestly even better. Not even just the room, but the entire building exceeded all my expectations. The area is such a stunning area as well, great people and great vibes all around. The hosts were responsive in a reasonable amount of time as well which was super helpful. 10/10 recommend!
Awesome stay on 30A We love One Seagrove and visit every year! The building is so nice with all the amenities we need and more. The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful! Even the vendors who are working on various condos are friendly and polite! Our condo this year was 405! It was amazing, especially with the added "balcony" area! They had nice chairs and a round table where we ate our lunch everyday! It was nice to get out of the sun for a few minutes. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Only down side was carpet in the bedrooms and the kitchen cabinets (especially the doors) could use an update! That is not a deal breaker for us, but some people may not feel the same! All in all, our stay was perfect! We can't wait to return! One Seagrove will always be our go to!

Great Location! Great spot, nestled between Destin and Panama City. Great beaches and walking distance to some great restaurants.
