Family vacation with young adults This condo was the nicest we have stayed in @ OSP. Very up to date, exactly like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with items...we always seem to need bowls with lids for fruit, dips, etc..it had plenty!! Our ice maker didn't work the first day there, several people came to fix it, but it never worked properly. That was our only problem with the condo. We did, however have a big problem with the chair/umbrella rental company OSP recommended we use. We do NOT, absolutely NOT recommend Redfish Rental, we were given false information upon reserving our chairs (weeks prior), they were very rude when we called, we had to talk to several people, only plus was that they did give us a partial refund. We would definitely stay in 401 again!! Thank you!

Great location and stay We decided last minute to head to the beach and this place was perfect for our family. Great location and great communication. Would stay here again!

Easter We stay every year for the Easter Holiday. We love the location. Its an easy bike ride to Seaside, but you are out of the bustle there. Also an easy walk or bike ride to our favorite coffee spot, the beachy bean. Donuts are right next door. Beach access is on-site. Perfect size for our family of 4.

Nice little getaway! We enjoyed our time in this condo! Very close to the beach with a great view. The lobby and property were pretty clean as was the condo. If you cook-there is plenty of utensils and cookware! The public beach entrance on the property made for a VERY crowded beach. Beachgoers literally start down to the beach to claim a spot around 6am and many leave their chairs for hours unattended which is annoying but of course is no reflection on the condo. The listing says there’s a tennis court but for anyone who enjoys tennis please know there isn’t one. The location is excellent-close to anything you may need and some really great restaurants. Overall we felt it was a good value and enjoyed our stay!

Great Beach Vacation Very nice & pleasant stay. Beach & bike riding was awesome!

Frequent delays caused by elevator out of service Guests should be given some monetary credit because of one of two elevators being out of service. Only one elevator working for the two weeks we stayed, causing frequent delays. Disposal did not work. Would be very helpful if all units had written instructions for operation of tv remotes.

Great trip, great location! I was a little worried about it being a high rise but the crowds were not bad at all and the elevators were quick. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location! Dining options right next door and across the street from condo building. Condo was exactly as described and clean. We didn’t cook so not sure how well equipped the kitchen was. Only issue was 2 of the 4 chairs on the balcony were broken. We reported this the first night and they were never replaced during our stay. Bummer since there were 4 of us staying so only 2 of us could sit on the balcony and we spent a lot of time on the balcony, great views!

Clean room and easy beach access.

One Seagrove was the perfect location and accommodations! The ocean view was amazing and the condo was beautiful and felt just like home. I would love to stay every year for a vacation. Highly recommend!

I had a terrible accident due to a poor and inappropriate choice of a small rug. We left a day early after going by ambulance to the ER. I wanted a full refund for the 24+ hours we did not stay at the unit and they refunded approximately half. Very unsatisfactory. It should have all been refunded and if you were keeping your fee from my money, you should have gotten that from the owner as they were responsible for the accident and I am suffering debilitating pain. The lock on our unit malfunctioned the morning of checkin and had to be replaced, the put us in a different unit for the first night and comped the night for the inconvenience. Staff made it right immediately and was very proactive to find a solution. Things happen, it’s all about how you react to the issue, they handled it flawlessly.

The staff was amazing, the condo itself and the building were very well kept, and we felt like we were in the prime location while having two little kids!

No Private Beach Having to share the beach area with other persons not staying at One Seagrove Place, Not have larger baggage carts causing you to make more trips to gets bags to the room and more trips to gets bags back to vehicle when checking out and cleaning people blocking access with their carts. Other than that, stay was ok.

Great vacation! This location is very nicely decorated and very clean. We will definitely stay here again.

On the beach We loved the place and location. Easy checkin, front desk was very helpful at all times. There were a couple issues but they were solved very quickly. We would come back to this unit.

Jusr great Great place to stay. Only slight drawback was we were right next to a public access beach. Not a deal breaker tho.

Door closure + Door stop + guest bedroom door jam is loose and needs a screw Front door closure is too fast and door stop needs tightening
