Perfect Location & View This property was exactly as advertised, yet somehow better than I expected it! The perfect size for 2-4 people. The third floor location was perfect, and being on the inner corner allowed for the extended patio which was a great area to wind down after a beach day. Everything we needed was a short drive away. Beach was not overly crowded and the chair rental process was easy and efficient. Despite the age of the building, the luxury lobby and elevators were kept spotless and smelled wonderful. The unit had all of the essentials. We were very pleased with the value of the property, and will definitely be making a trip back to this location again.

Great family condo Breathe taking view of the gulf and perfect for a family.

We had a wonderful short trip in this condo. It was beachfront which is such a plus on 30A. There were several restaurants within walking distance plus stores for any items you may need to purchase for the beach. The balcony was very large, and there were two different areas to hang out on. The bathrooms were very clean along with the rest of the condo. I would totally come back here!

We had a great stay at this condo. Perfect for our family of 4. The amenities are well-kept. We had everything we needed and are already planning for next year.

The Buidling provides a unique opportunity for a gulf view rental along 30A. With this being one of the few multi floor condo units in this area, it’s a great place to enjoy the beauty of 30A from a higher view.
