This condo met our needs for the event we had scheduled in the area.

Location was good The condo was nice and met our needs for the long weekend event.

Family Beach stay The location was excellent. Very close to food and stores. The view of the beach was amazing. The pool was heated and nice. The building was in really good condition and the condo was in excellent condition.

This was our first time in the area and we will definitely be back. The location is perfect, and loved waking up to the beach at our feet.

It’s a great condo, right on the beach and has an awesome view of the water in the pool next to the condo. It’s easy to get to because it’s on the second floor so you don’t have to deal with the long elevator wait. The couches in the bed were all very comfortable inside the apartment and it is well decorated. The condo building itself is a bit older and needs a little love around the pool area, but we would definitely visit again.

Check in was smooth and addressed any questions or concerns in a timely manner.

View is fine with shrub and tree obstruction somewhat but that makes it a little more privateAll else was good

Perfect location loved 2nd floor location enabling us to just use stairs rather than wait for elevator. Also the unit is at the end of the building so no one is walking by.

We really enjoyed the property, especially the location. We had a wonderful vacation, and we would definitely stay at One Seagrove Place again!

Amazing Condo on the beach in 30a This condo was better than expected. The location was absolutely perfect. It’s difficult to find a condo on the beach in 30a. The second floor was perfect where you could go down the stairs and not wait for the elevator. Also the views from the balcony felt private with the greenery covering the tourist. It felt like we were in paradise. The condo was well stocked and furnished beautifully. It was a perfect vacation getaway. I’d give this place 10 out of 5 stars. The host and management crew were the easiest to work with. Don’t hesitate to book!

Great condo! We stayed a week and it was wonderful. The location to the beach and pool was perfect. We would totally recommend this condo.

Great Stay Perfect location!

Great location, nice condo on the beach. Easy walk to the beach from second floor down one flight of stairs, next to pool. No major complaints...A little pool noise from time to time as expected. A couple of Palmeto bugs during the 4 day stay, could use some treatment inside and around the building grounds. Master bath light/fan went out initially. Figured out the GFCI breaker is only on the other bathroom outlet, both on same circuit. Reset and problem solved. Master king size bed very comfortable. Overall a fantastic location with everthing you need and close to many restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

Great PLace It is a great place and experience but the unit/condo, needs pest control because we saw about 4 cockroaches in the unit and more outside in the condominium.
