Great spot for a girls weekend.

LOVE THIS CONDO!!! We take an annual girls trip to 30A and this is the first time we've stayed at One Seagrove Place. We absolutely loved the condo! We will definitely be back to stay in this specific unit. It was wonderfully decorated. The location is fabulous. Honestly the only setback was the description for this unit states it sleeps 6, utilizing a pull-out couch, but the couch does not pull-out. We simply bought an inexpensive twin blow up from and it worked perfect in the unit. The kitchen was well stocked with all you would need to cook a meal and the ice maker was a huge plus! We can't wait until our trip next year! We'll for sure be returning to stay in this unit.

Our stay at One Seagrove Place began with a cockroach running out from behind the oven, right on the cooktop. I was horrified and honestly ready to change locations immediately. Since it was so late and we had just unpacked, we stayed. I will say, the trip DID get better but overall the unit and building need some TLC. Typical overuse things that I can deal with, beds were comfortable and the unit was decorated cute. The building is on the public beach and it was so crowded! Like uncomfortably crowded. And 30A is congested all the time, so driving anywhere is a nightmare. We will never be back and I hope the owners treat the unit for pests immediately!

We absolutely loved our stay! Room was just like the pictures, location was ELITE. Steps to the beach, it was quiet and family friendly. SO many good restaurants and shops around!! We will for sure book with this same place again.

The property was great! Beautiful view and beautifully decorated. Couch could use a good cleaning and we noticed bugs in the building (not just this unit) but it is summer!

Everything was very nice. The people at the front desk were very helpful. It was in a good location. I wish the pool was in the center of the building instead of the side. But, no buggy. Very close to Seaside and Rosemary Beach

This condo is absolutely adorable! You truly feel like you have your own cottage on the beach due to its sweet decor and shiplap walls. The attention to detail was not missed. Great room darkening curtains made sleeping in easier. Location was so easy to get down to the beach or to your car. The gym facility was clean and well stocked. The pool was sparkling. Would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation! Enjoyed every moment of our stay. All needs met by friendly kind folks. Look so forward to another visit!

Perfect Fall weather The condo was just as pictured. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and location couldn’t be better. Nicely decorated but not overdone. Have stayed at One Seagrove place multiple times and this is one of the units I would rent again. Staff always pleasant and responsive.

Probably the most adorable, gorgeously decorated place at the beach I’ve ever stayed in! Loved the location, loved all the cute furnishings…and I was so pleased to see that all of the kitchen appliances, pots/pans, skillets, etc were brand new and high quality. So thankful also for the text communication at all the right times with needed info like room codes, check out instructions, etc. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!!!
