A few updates and cleaning would go a long way We loved the location and all the OSP staff were super friendly and mindful of keeping the public areas clean and safe. We had 3 families staying at once in 3 different units and the differences between units were pretty obvious. A few recommendations for our unit: the kitchen utensils and drinkware/plates were not clean and drawers/storage areas were part of the problem - cleaning those between guests would be great. Also, installing a retractable trashcan in the kitchen is a small but super helpful upgrade (seen in other units) and black out curtains/shades for bedrooms. We had to buy our own to pin up/hang up for sleeping babies because shades and blinds were not in good shape. The blinds in the living room were also missing a few blades and a plastic rod to move them across the window. We are so grateful for the location to be close to the pool and beach for our 4 year old and infant!

Average at best Positive: It was ok! Negative: The property was decent. I do feel that there was mold behind the mirror in the living room. There were major cracks all the way across the ceilings in the bedrooms. The beach area is not sufficiently big enough for the size of the hotel that it is and they mix in the people who buy and rent umbrellas with the people who bring their own beach gear. It's very chaotic. They also offered me a 1 PM check out. I accepted it and then went back and reconfirmed at the next day and then they showed up to clean my room at 10 and told my daughter she wasn't supposed to be in there.

Overall we enjoyed the stay, there were just some things that were frustrating to deal with. Positive: The location was great, staff was very friendly. Negative: You don’t really have a good view of the ocean from the balcony of this unit. We also received a ticket from Walton County regarding the size of our tent, your tent cannot be larger than 10ft (that includes the sandbags used for weighing down). This should really be something that is communicated to guest before coming. The beach in front of the condo is also crowded, there are homes on either side and they have those beaches blocked for private use.

I was incredibly pleased with my stay at One Seagrove Place 0107. For starters, the view is spectacular. Being able to sit on the patio and watch the waves, hearing them crash on the beach, was superb. The access from the unit to the beach was also really easy. We’re talking a minute from front door to sand. So convenient, especially with a little. The place was clean. No mold or bugs (inside the unit) to speak of. There are some signs of aging in the unit but nothing that detracts from your stay. The chairs on the deck could use replacing but they’re still functional and comfortable. The bed isn’t the greatest but it’s not uncomfortable either. I have nothing bad to say. The listing is accurate. It’s a nice place! Scenic Stays also does a good job stocking the unit. We had more bath towels than we could have ever used. Also little toiletry kits and kitchen starter kits were a nice touch and helpful. Great place. Would certainly stay here again.

The Good: In the heart of Seagrove 1st floor near beach entrance Beach is beautiful Manned front desk similar to a hotel if you need anything Gym is good for maintenance work outs New fridge, floors, new kitchen and bath countertops with new kitchen and bathroom sink plumbing fixtures The Bad: ROACH INFESTATION! Landscaping not kept up Does not match the pictures Old 1980s looking contractor grade material Smelled & was dirty Mold on shower curtains Layers of paint on the walls, cabinets and molding that is peeling off Bed pillows had nasty stains. Sofa was beeding up and had stains The single beds were coming apart Bedroom furniture is beat up in spots Bathroom towel racks were loose and about to come off Patio furniture is falling apart Mirrored wall chipping apart Pin holes in wall where they tried to find a stud Vertical blinds don’t close and missing sections Table shaky & about to come apart The door code cancelled an hour before check out time & we were locked out

Great location Enjoyed this property very much. The condo was exactly as described. The beach was very nice and the property was close to everything you’d like.

Great location Great location for a relaxing vacation. Steps away from beach or pool. This condo is fine. Older bathrooms and kitchen items. Nice furniture in the living areas. Definitely need new plates, mugs, and utensils. Needs a better mattress in the pullout or a mattress topper. Living room blinds are broken and have large gaps so no privacy in living area and outdoor cushions are also torn.

Room 107 This unit needs updating and more cooking accessories. Hard to cook with limited casserole dishes.

a lovely vacation we loved the location, nice facility, great having two bathrooms. We appreciated the electric fireplace on cool days. Washer and dryer were great. The view was very nice, the pool was clean . The kitchen was fairly well stocked, but the cabinets are worn. We did not care for the plates and bowls ( we are bringing our own next time.) Most annoying were the vertical blinds, which had several missing slats and no pull stick on one side. The front door was rusted. The lock had to be worked on just to open or close. the push buttons on the lock were not working reliably. The door stuck almost every time . But overall we really enjoyed it and are booked for next year.

I would stay again Great location! Very Clean! Friendly staff! The room could use a little TLC! The locks on the sliding doors were broken. After 2 calls, maintenance came and cut 2 pieces of wood to place in the door tracks. Curtains and blinds in the master bedroom and living room were difficult to open/close. The blind in the smaller bedroom did not block out any light. The cushions on the outdoor furniture were stained. Staff, location, and cleanliness could not be any better!

Great stay You all did a great job communicating prior to check in, during my stay, and after. We had a fantastic time. I meant to stop by to say the master bedroom bath needs a light bulb in the shower and the master bedroom slatted curtains are missing some slats, reducing privacy. I was fine but if there’s a chance to address those, it would be great. All in all, 5 stars!!
