Great Location Perfect location! First floor for easy access, but still has an amazing view of the beach since it’s on the far corner. It’s also near the public beach access that has a ramp, so this would be great for young children or anyone with mobility issues. The condo unit was well maintained and clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating too. Would not hesitate to rent again.

Very clean and we loved the location
The facility was very good, staff was professional and helpful. Beds were good a definite plus. Furnishings good for a rental, no issues seating just not that comfortable to me but solid. My only complaint is the location in that the beach is a public access area. The beach is locked in on both sides by private beach area is a major access for the public meaning you share the limited space with the public. You can reserve umbrellas but not a space for them. Be prepared to hit the beach every morning at 5:30am and carry sand chairs or something to mark out your space if you want ocean front seating. Chair guy shows up at 8:00 and sets you up on your claim, this is every day. If you are a little late in the morning you move back to the second, third or fourth row.

Absolutely wonderful! We had the best time on our trip and this condo made it seamless and relaxing. The location is perfect, the views are stunning, and the unit is stocked with plenty of dishes, linens, etc. My only complaint is that the master bedroom ceiling fan needs replaced. It squeaks when it’s on and the installment isn’t secure anymore. We would stay again!
The view is amazing loved the condo the beach is public so it was very crowded so if you’re a beach lover be prepared to get up by 7 or so to get your spot there was a problem with the door codes not working several times staff was helpful though
Great Condo! We had a great week. Condo was very clean and updated nicely. Our only issue was with the door access code only worked about half the time. We got a key from the front desk so it was not a big issue, but the door access keypad may need to be replaced. Will definitely stay again.

Our vacation Everything was excellent but we had to leave 3 days early due to the hurricane
Convenient There were some disappointments: 1)advertised a workout facility, but when we arrived it was under renovation. 2) bathrooms need some deep cleaning (mold present in shower, only one hair dryer was clean enough to use) 3) area rug in living area was in need of cleaning. On the positive side, access to the unit was wonderful! No need to use the elevator.

Excellent stay Perfect STR. Had everything you need to stay a full week. Beautiful location. Only suggestion is there are so many kitchen amenities that the cabinets are full and there is no room in the cabinets to put any groceries. This is our first 30A trip and this place made it memorable. We will be back.
