Chris was a pleasure to host Great location for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. We love the option of a pool day or a trip out to one of the beaches on Anna Maria island. The porch is a highlight with a magnificent view of the sunrise and a great place to sit in the evening.

The condo was pretty and neat we loved that we all the supplies we needed, beds were comfortable the only advice I would add is the couches were not comfortable and had plywood under the cushions they were not good at all as nice as the condo was we were surprised
Sarah was a pleasure to host! The condo was exactly as pictured. It was exceptionally clean and was very comfortable. The living space was very nice and the bedrooms and bathrooms were large. Beach towels and bathroom towels were provided. The unit also has a very large screened in lanai that was great to spend the mornings in. The unit and the complex is very private. We didn’t ride the elevator with one person the entire week! It’s also 5 minutes away from AMI but also close to restaurants and shopping in Bradenton. We really enjoyed our time here and plan on renting again!
