Very clean. Well worth it

We are a family of 6, we have 4 kids between the ages of 4 and 10. All of the children enjoyed being close to the beach and having a pool for down time. The pool was a perfect size! The house itself was very cute and cozy! Enough room for everyone to not be in each other’s hair! The area was quiet but people were friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing beach house less than two minutes from the beach! The golf-cart-friendly location was perfect, and the kids had an absolute blast in the private pool. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby. We would highly recommend this place to anyone and can’t wait to come back!

The One-Click Away property was very nice. The proximity to beach access and entertainment in town was great. They even had sand toys to take to the beach. The house was clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer was very nice. Some complained the beds were too hard, others were ok with it. The bed in the master bedroom did squeak a lot. Having the pool to lounge in was nice - it's not much bigger for anything else, but it was nice to have. And it was nice having 2 dedicated parking spots. We did get the wrong entry code to check-in, but a phone call to the host was answered and we resolved it quickly. The host was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, our stay was great and I would stay here again.

Great place! Close to beach, quick golf cart ride to restaurants, outdoor pool was so nice for the kiddos to have when returning from the beach. Loved our stay. (Bring your own salt, pepper, cooking oil, that would be the only thing I would say was missing!)

The house was impeccable everything you would want in a rental house

The Cottage had adequate furnishings, tho living area furniture was very worn and somewhat uncomfortable. Appliances all in good working order. Pool area and patio were comfortable, with simple yet functional outdoor furniture. Very compact parking area which could be an issue for larger Auto’s such as Trucks or SUVs. We did have lots of noise from neighboring units throughout the day and night.. Very close access to beach and restaurants which was a plus. Overall a ok experience, yet value was debatable.

House was decorated really cute. Clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed the pool, fridge and party lights.

This was our first time in Port A and we had a awesome experience with the location, the rental and the town itself. The condo was outstanding, the pool was a great plus, pictures are accurate and it was exactly as described, extremely well equipped, clean, and very important for me…host was very professional and quick to respond to all our questions. We all are very pleased!

Clean, well-decorated, and had everything we needed for a solid beach trip. The private pool was great, and the hosts were awesome—super responsive and helpful from booking through our stay. Location was a bit far to walk to the beach (which we knew beforehand), and homes are packed in tight, but no major issues there. Biggest downside: our first two nights were nearly ruined by obnoxious neighbors blaring awful music and parking like a$$es, making it hard to enjoy being outside in the pool with our kids. Thankfully they left midway through. Inside, the layout is tight, so expect a few stubbed toes, but the space was fresh and cozy. The strict 4pm check-in felt a little rigid—flexibility would’ve gone a long way, especially considering the price. It did sleep all 7 of us comfortably (me, wife, 3 kids, parents). But for the cost and experience, it felt underwhelming overall. Grateful for the stay, friendly owners but we’ll likely look elsewhere next time we’re in Port A.

This was a great rental. My family and I had a wonderful time! The pictures were accurate however made the rental and outdoor area seem bigger. With that being said we still had plenty of space. The pool is shaded by the homes which is amazing during the heat of the day but a little chilly at night. The rental was very clean and cute. Only a few blocks from the beach. We would definitely go back!

the house next door has barking dogs thy did not come clean pool till the day we left very little towlet paper no clothes soap to wash the towels or soap for the dishwasher .

We had a great stay at this beach house! The location was absolutely perfect, allowing us to drive the golf cart directly from the house onto the beach. It made for such a fun and unique experience for our family. The convenience of having the beach just a short ride away was unbeatable! The house itself was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We loved the beautiful views and the sound of the waves. Our kids had a blast building sandcastles and exploring the shoreline. We couldn't have asked for a better place to create lasting memories together. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a fantastic beach vacation! We can't wait to come back!

We had a great stay! Two of the rooms were a little smaller than we’d like but the rest of the place and especially the bunk bed room made up for it. Our family enjoyed the amenities, privacy and location. Communication with the host was superb, she was friendly, prompt and accommodating. She went out of her way to have maintenance heat our pool up on a short notice, extended our checkout due to a power outage we experienced on our last night. Despite our small little mishap with the outage (which was out of the host’s control) our stay was great. The place was very clean, cozy, well stocked with toiletries and household items, games and linen. Did I mention the location was amazing!? Walking distance from the beach and local hangout spots. If I had to make a suggestion, I’d say queen beds would probably give more functional space in the bedrooms and perhaps a closet or two would be nice. Aside from that the place was idea for a nice little getaway.

Great place.

Unit was extremely warm once we got into the unit. Finally found an open window. Trash bags (2) were found floating in the pool. Terrible odor in kitchen garbage cabinet with no visible garbage in the kitchen. Pool was advertised as heated. I have a disabled veteran husband who was looking forward to some warm water relaxation. With evening temperatures in the 60’s and severe rip current warnings for the beach, we contacted Sand Key Realty to get heater turned on and never received a suitable response. Waited from 10 AM on Thursday until check out on Friday without a promised response. Would not have booked this unit had we known the pool was not heated.

Great location very close to the beach. The home was very comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The outdoor/pool space was perfect for kiddos and grilling. Make sure to touch base to coordinate heating the pool in advance in cooler months. I missed it and the pool was unable to be heated retroactively. Lovely home - will be back!

Had a wonderful stay with the family. We were given the space to make memories and the most of the time. The house was clean, organized, well-appointed, accessible, and fully stocked. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool area. There's no shortage of Port A vacation spots vying for your business. Know that this one is worth every penny and more. You simply can't go wrong here.

Great location and home. It’s a little annoying that they don’t make the check-in code available until the last few minutes even when the place is ready. We arrived 1.5 hrs early, and the place was ready, but we still had to sit and wait. They do say this up front, but it’s irksome when the place is actually ready and you’re there.

Great place to stay, supplies were a bit on the low side in my opinion so take some extra supplies. Comfortable and perfect location!

This is a lovely and tranquil spot with charming decor and impeccable cleanliness. The host is incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any needs you may have. The only downside is that there is an additional charge of $100 per night to access the heated pool, despite it being advertised as part of the amenities. Aside from that, it’s a fantastic place to enjoy your stay.

The house was nice. Private pool was small but work well for relaxing. I believe there should be information on the website that there is only room to park two vehicles. The binder says you can park additional vehicles in the street in front of the house however doing that would make it very inconvenient for other renters or emergency vehicles.

House was as pictured, check in was easy and straight forward. House is nice, new, and clean. Using the Port A golf cart was nice they deliver and pick up.

Weekend stay We enjoyed our stay, loved the pool.

The place was wonderful. If you’ve got kiddos that are right at swimming age, the pool is perfect. My kids wanted to play in the pool more than they wanted to go to the beach.

My family had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend! The house was comfortable and nicely decorated with a beach house theme. The pool was also an added bonus. One thing to note is that an additional insurance fee was required after booking. It was reasonable, but not expected.

If you are looking for a place that accommodates for early check in or late check out, they do not. We had to book last minute because the storm that went through caused our other reservation to cancel. After they told us there was no early check in they sent us a reminder that we were not to check in a minute before 4pm. The title has “heated pool” but the pool is not heated. After we asked the first night the management told us it WAS heated and was in Fact working. But the next morning it was still freezing and when we contacted management they told us that the pool was not heated. So I’m not sure what the real answer was. Typically we wouldn’t care about a heated pool as much in the summer but the storm rain made the temperature drop and the reason we booked this house was so the kids could still have fun with not much beach time. They never got to use the pool. The house is not very clean, maybe just wiped down in between, hair in bathrooms. Floors not clean.

The house was amazing, just as described. It is a quick walk to the beach. Having a private pool with an outdoor shower was very convenient and a great space to relax in. All the rooms were wonderful and beached themed, each with its own tv. Checkin was easy and the host was very responsive and let us know what we needed to do every step of the way. Will definitely stay again the next time we are in Port A!

Perfect for a three night stay! Great location with easy beach access close by. The plunge pool is a must in Port-A and this one was clean and perfect cool temps for after the beach. The house was great and had everything we needed. Loved having TV’s in all the rooms. Will book again on our next visit.

Great place to stay, highly recommend it

Location was perfect to where we needed to be. Close to the beach and town. The unit was very clean and they provided plenty of bath towels which was nice. The only downside was the house was much smaller than the pictures show. The two king rooms had hardly enough room to open the dressers. There also wasn’t a single closet which made it difficult to find places to store luggage so it was out of the way. They also provided a whole closet of beach toys. My kids loved using the boogie boards at the beach!

We recently stayed at this beach house and had an overall enjoyable experience. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: Convenient Location: Easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Clean: The house was spotless upon arrival. Private Outdoor Area: Perfect for relaxing and evening gatherings. Open Floor Plan: Spacious and welcoming layout. Boogie Boards: Fun for the kids in the surf. Outdoor Shower and Bathroom: Convenient for rinsing off sand. Cons: Kitchen Supplies: Scratched Teflon pans and dull, cheap knives. Potato Peeler: Didn't work. Pool Towels: None provided; we had to purchase our own. Toaster: Only toasted on one side. Water Pressure: Very low in the kitchen. Dryer Maintenance: Needed cleaning under the lint filter. Dish Towels: Only one provided. No Closets: Made storing belongings challenging. Paper Goods: Bring your own toilet paper and paper towels. Despite these minor issues, we had a great time and would recommend this beach house with a few improvements.

Great home and location We loved this home! It was beautiful, the private pool and grill were a huge plus, and it had everything we needed. The location is just across the street from a beach access road, which was awesome! Parking was great, the outdoor area was really nice and having 2 hoses plus a shower helped with cleaning off items from the beach. The fridge had an ice maker which worked really great! We would most certainly stay at this home again!

This beach house is a vacationers dream. Very clean and beautifully decorated w a tasteful beachy vibe. The beds, pillows and linens were so comfy and cozy. The property is very peaceful and quiet. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the beach right across the street and you get the ocean breezes from the porch. The private pool was so relaxing in the evenings after a day at the beach and we loved the ambiance of the party lights. The kitchen was well stocked w pots/pans and plates/cutlery - just pick up your groceries at the IGA down the street and you’re all set. A must do is a cart rental from Port A Carts. We had a blast on our cart going all over town and down to the beach, plus we got a discount and free delivery. Ask for Trey and tell him you booked w Sand Key and he’ll take care of you. There is a dedicated parking spot for your cart at the property and still leaves room for 2 more vehicles. The host was so friendly and helpful w any questions we had. Check-in/out was super easy.

This is the best Airbnb we have stayed at so far. Looks exactly like the pictures. Extremely clean. Comfortable. Plenty of room. The decor and furnishings are so cute. There aren't any closets but plenty of drawers to place things. Lots of towels, extra pillows, and sheets provided . The pool area is perfect. Just a great spot to hang out. Has a small fridge for drinks, a bathroom, sink, and plenty of seats to lounge. If you are looking to rent a golf cart ask for the name of the place they recommend. We got a really good deal and they delivered to us and picked up! Communication was on point. We got responses back very quick. You will not be disappointed in this rental. It will make you never want to leave!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was clean, comfortable, and very walkable to the beach. The pool was the perfect size and depth for small children. One tip I'd provide future guests is to plan on needing to bring/buy all your own cleaning supplies (paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, dish scrubbers, counter cleaner, etc.).
