3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

In accordance with the City of Sarasota's Rental Ordinance, this property requires a minimum rental period of 7 nights. The maximum occupancy for this home is 10 adults; however, children under 6 years of age are not included in the City’s occupancy limit. Tropical Sands Accommodations enforces a total occupancy limit of 8 persons, including both adults and children under 6.
