The only thing I can point out is that a maintenance person showed up unannounced and gain entry into our rental by letting themselves in. My wife was startled other than that the stay was amazing.

Richard was a pleasure to host! Hot tub cold (heater broke), parking lot between house and beach, run down hotel next door. It was decent but not worth the money!

This house was just right for our families...plenty for the children to enjoy and right on the beautiful beach. There were several items missing in the kitchen which would have helped for cooking and cleaning up. The elevator was exceptional for a grandpa confined to a wheelchair. The bathrooms were plenty with towels and linens very clean and exceptional.
