Important: These units are not connected internally. You will be booking Apartments 4409 and 4111.. Please see the 10th photo for the floor plan, showing exactly where each unit is located.

Since May 2025, all mandatory building fees are already included in your reservation total. No unexpected charges at check-in.

Here’s what’s optional, only if you choose to use it:
- Valet parking (optional): $78.5/night (in & out privileges)
- Our own Self-parking across the street(Upon Request): $45/night
- Pet-friendly (optional): $150 + tax
- Pack & Play & High Chair: It varies, just message us — we’ll handle it.

*Other hosts may list cheaper nightly rates but charge unexpected building fees at arrival — we don’t. Everything mandatory is already included.*

- For safety and compliance, the primary booker is required to complete a secure ID verification via an encrypted third-party app before check-in.
- All guests must choose either a refundable $1,000 security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver (covers accidental damages) before check-in. Exclusions apply; see House Rules for full details.
