Communicative. Good value. Very close to the beach and restaurants.

Great home and location. Crows nest for sunsets and sunrise are unmatched! The house is multi level so be ok with stairs and walking through bedrooms to get to outside areas. Was a great spot and a great time. The entertainment areas when it rains helped as well.

We really enjoyed our stay here at the "Butler Beach Fun House" as my kids called it! The location was wonderful - definitely the highlight for us. We were able to easily go back and forth to the beach every day without hassle. Also it was such a plus for us that our dog could go with us AND go to the beach too. The house was cute - looked a little better in the pictures and some amenities needed a little upgrading/fixing. The host, however, was very communicative and helped when we had an A/C and TV problem right away. At one point we had maintenance men in the house that weren't expecting us to be there and said there must have been a communication error and unfortunately I felt I needed to stay at home while they were there since we had valuables in the house. It was a great setup though with the two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs and we had lots of fun with the games and the location! Too bad the telescope didnt work on the top deck - would have been really cool!

NO AC FOR THE ENTIRE VISIT IN AUGUST! This place is a scam!! I couldn’t believe the lack of support and accountability. The host never even responded to the management company that runs the property. It’s sad, because the house is gorgeous and location is perfect. We spent hours each day fretting over the AC, waiting to hear back from the company, and then having to communicate with technicians when they arrive hours later to fix the AC. So disappointing and such a stressful way to spend a birthday vacation.

My family and I had a great time at Kelly’s place! Perfect location to the beach, beautiful home with lots of space, beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, the pool and backyard were perfect. Kelly was an excellent host that responded to any of my needs. The living room TV had some issues and it was replaced within two days. The only downside is the back deck porch that did not have power so the fans didn’t work nor the TV. We were all hoping to spend time out there at night playing games and watching TV. I am sure that Kelly will get it fixed soon. We look forward to our next beach, vacation and being able to return to this home..

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The host team was exceptional super accommodating and incredibly responsive. They replied to every question within minutes, never making us wait which made all the difference.The house itself is a true standout massive, beautiful, and far larger than the photos can capture. Its unique design features something special on every floor, creating a delightful “wow” factor throughout. The kitchen was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed upon arrival. We especially loved the breathtaking beach view and the easy walk to the sand highlighting our trip with a memorable sighting of a giant sea turtle!Even with less than ideal weather, the kids had a blast playing Connect 4 and enjoying the enclosed pool area. The entire home felt comfortable, spacious, and perfectly prepared for a family getaway. This property easily ranks as one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. 10/10 would recommend 💕🏡

Beautiful home and great place for my daughter’s 16th birthday. From the spacious entertainment area to the amazing view from the crows nest, this home did not disappoint. The outdoor space was great and we had everything provided to make out stay enjoyable and special.

The place was amazing. It was just what we needed. A place that we could have fun family time and enjoy the beach. All in one place. It was just beautiful!

Great location, beach is close. House has plenty to do for adults and kids! Would stay again!

My dog really enjoyed our stay. It was so close to the beach. The amenities were great, which made our stay so much more enjoyable. It would be an awesome family vacation.

We were so looking forward to our long weekend escape with our friends visiting from Germany . What a disappointment! When we arrived, we stepped over a bunch of half opened Amazon packages into a filth filled house, freezing cold pool and used diapers. When we reached out to the host, they suggested getting a hotel for our party of 8 in exchange for one night refund and a promise of a usable house the next day. The host has stressed how important it was to let them know 3 days in advance and pay extra fees for heating of the pool, but despite early notice and paid fees, the pool was freezing and not possible to heat in one day. We ended up simply leaving. If you are traveling from further away, don’t take the risk.

The house was decorated so fun and cool. There were a lot of great amenities and conveniences and the view of the beach was really pretty. My only issue was with the cleanliness. The pool deck looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and the hose was sitting in the pool and the pool floor was dirty. Luckily that’s not what we were visiting for, but it was a bummer to see. There was also a roach that was at the bottom of the stairs which was pretty gross and there was a weird smell of mildew in one of the downstairs bedrooms. There were also dirty dishes that had been put away as if they were clean. I’m going to assume that was the fault of the previous visitors. Overall, it was a cool space, just wish it was cleaner.

We celebrated an early Christmas at your accommodations and it was all that we could hope for and more! The house was amazing, with plenty of space and the views from the split level balconies were peaceful and beautiful. We weren’t sure of the location vs driving into Saint Augustine for for the Festival of Lights but it was an easy drive up A1A and crossing into Saint Augustine over the Bridge of Lions!
