Beautiful home in a great location- literally one and a half minute walk to the beach. House is well suited for family of 12, including a teenager and 3 children under 3! Especially liked having a full bath for each bedroom. The utility of having two separate floors each with its own living room space was a huge upside – allowed the adults to be up and have fun while the littles still had a quiet place for early nights to bed. The pool was clean and well kept. We had a couple of items come up during the week, and the host responded almost immediately each time. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms, were quiet. We spent a lot of time on all of the front porches! Two favorite things… the elevator helped with grocery arrival and I loved not having a lengthy list of checkout things to do. The stay was turn- key!

Our family loved the house so much we are planning on reserving it next summer. The home is clean and spacious with great amenities! We felt at home and made great memories!!

We enjoyed our time together at this home, although we did run into a few issues during our stay. The biggest was the AC, which wasn’t cooling properly when we arrived and made our first night and much of the following day pretty warm. Management provided fans while we waited, and an HVAC technician was able to repair the downstairs unit the following evening. We also noticed some additional cleaning and maintenance items throughout the home that needed attention and shared those privately with management. I especially want to give the management team credit for how responsive they were. They communicated with us throughout the AC issue, listened to our concerns, and worked with us afterward to reach a resolution that we felt was fair. We really appreciated their willingness to help and make things right. With a little extra attention to cleaning and maintenance between guests, this home has a lot of potential!

This place was great! We stayed here for my brother’s bachelor trip and there was plenty to do and plenty of space. Kylie was great to work with and very easy to get a hold of. Thank you for everything!!

This was a perfect house for our family. The check in was easy, the house was clean and beautifully decorated. Communication was great! Easy walk across the street to the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was very pleasant. We loved being so close to the beach and having flexibility with the pool when some of our family preferred to not visit the beach. One of the rooms ran warm during our July stay, so that was a challenge, but the host was very responsive. We were missing some towels for the upstairs loft bed, but those were quickly supplied when we reached out. We would have preferred to not reach out at all and not have to spend our time troubleshooting, but the house was great otherwise. We loved the town of Ocean Isle Beach, as well. The town square is wonderful for families with small children.

Absolutely perfect home for a family getaway. 2 living rooms and spacious bedrooms and kitchen made for all the extra space our family of 5 and grandparents needed. A super short walk to beach access and the pool/backyard space was a huge bonus for the evenings with our little kids! The house was everything we needed and more! We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen and it was well stocked with all the essentials we needed. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating to everything we needed!

The family loved Kylie’s place. The kids had a blast and the wife enjoyed quiet mornings on the second level deck. Great place, can’t wait to come back soon.

My family and I had an amazing time. We took a short weekend trip and felt right at home. With ages ranging from 76 to 2 years old everyone was comfortable. A 3 min walk to the beach (got lucky and saw dolphins). The home was clean and spacious. Lots of out door seating. Everyone had their own private space and the pool was very clean. Location is great for family’s looking to get away. Kylie was very responsive and accommodating. Can’t wait to book our next stay.

Overall was a great place! The beach is the perfect distance from the house. Me and my friends had a relaxing time and the host had great communication before and throughout the trip.

We went on a mini family vacation for my moms birthday and had a beautiful peaceful stay. Each room had a bathroom. Each floor was spotless clean. Had no prom legs with anything. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
