Lee was a pleasure to host! The house was beautiful. Location Location Location. When they say 2 minute walk to the beach they mean it. The pool and outdoor area was perfect for kids to play and the adults to hang out and watch the game while grilling. The biggest negative for us is the house is definitely not the most kid friendly for younger kids. Definitely highly recommend and will be back.

Amy was a pleasure ! My family visited Anna Maria as a getaway from my treatment for cancer. We were hoping for a peaceful week and quality time with family. The AC went out and we spent 2 of our 5 days dealing with hot, uncomfortable temps in the house, dealing with repairmen (who treated us as the homeowners having to deal with the problem), repairmen not showing up when we spent an entire day away from the house when informed AC repair would begin at 10am and we would be notified when fixed. With my health condition it was very uncomfortable having 80 degree temps in the house. Also, our last night of family time I was literally standing and cooking for my kids when the repairmen kept going on and on, lurking around the house, telling us had the rental company told him to come earlier he might have fixed it but now he needed to order parts. He also said the home had been having known issues when we rented it. AMI has not shown any assistance compensating fairly for our very stressful week.Shameful
