Andrii was a pleasure to host! We had a wonderful stay at this house on Anna Maria Island! The location is excellent — just a 10-minute straight walk to Bean Point Beach, which in my opinion is the best beach on the island. The house itself was very clean, and the backyard was also well kept. We especially enjoyed the deep heated pool — such a great bonus! For the beach, there were 7 chairs, 2 carts to carry them, and 2 umbrellas, which made our beach days super easy and comfortable. The only small challenge was the alarm system. With kids, it took a little time to get used to pressing the button when opening the door, but we understand that these are required rules on the island. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house!

Lovely property/house. I always like to sum up review by "would I stay here again?", and the answer is, yes. While there is a wagon and chairs provided for trips to the beach, an umbrella was not and the property management company stated it doesn't provide that and pretty much counts on the people who have rented the place before leaving their purchased items behind. So we had to go out and spend $40 on a beach umbrella to use for the week, only to leave it behind for the next guests (you're welcome subsequent guests!). Another small-but-easy detail to provide would a cooler! Many of our prior VRBO's we've rented have provided this. Here, we had to buy an $8 Styrofoam cooler to get our beverages to the beach nice and chilly. Again, you're welcome next guests of the house! :) All-in-all, nice stay!
Marco was a pleasure to host! Great location. Very private and peaceful, easy access. Bathrooms need to be clean deeply. Too many alarms on the doors that give access to terrace/ pool, impossible to keep them open. Cumbersome.
