Beautiful house in a beautiful location, was a perfect place for me and my family to be together. Super easy check in and check out.

The property management responded quickly to our request to book the home the next day. We had a family emergency to attend to in the area and had to fly across country. The coded entry allowed us to arrive in the middle of the night. We really only slept, showered, laundry, & ate snacks in the home. We never cooked or used the outside facilities because we spent most of our days at our local family's home & the hospital in Hudson. The house is close to Chatham & Valatie for groceries & eating out. When driving in the area be careful of deer. There are a lot of them. We did get a cool surprise one evening and saw two black bears just 15-20 ft from the home in the backyard. The home has a lot of bugs, but that is expected in such a natural setting. Home was clean. The home was stocked well. I'd suggest an iron & ironing board. If there was one, we couldn't find it. I'd add a blind in the upstairs bathroom because it faces the street. If available, we will stay again when in the area.

It's a wonderful, welcoming house in a beautiful wooded area. Perfect if you want to get away for a holiday, but also soak up small village living.

The Nordic Cabin was an absolute gem, even cuter than the photos. Incredibly tasteful decor, well equipped kitchen, sun-drenched and open space, cozy couches and beds, fantastic art works and book collections. Conveniently situated in Chatham with a beautiful surrounding, perfect haven for our weekend getaway with a small group of friends. The property management was thoughtful, accommodating, and responsive. Thank you for having us!

We were a party of four and our dog. We spent the weekend mostly in the cabin and a bit around the area because of weather conditions. The cabin is beautiful and the style clean and tasteful. We had a wonderful time and felt at home all the time. The beds were comfortable and we had everything needed to cook our meals. We also enjoyed the books, and the spaces with a view everywhere. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at Nordic Cabin in Chatham. Mid century design with some updates, nice choice of furniture, and well supplied. Beds were comfortable, space was clean, nice landscape around the house, and the kids played endlessly in the woods & treehouse. We had some nice spring weather and took advantage of the fire pit & BBQ. We did not know about the train passing by the house, however we have a son with an obsession, so for us it was a bonus. Others with sensitive sleep may want to take advantage of the white noise machines in the bedrooms. Overall nice stay and would recommend.

The cottage is beautiful! Very comfortable, beautiful decorated and spotless clean. Check in was easy with clear instructions.

Lovely, comfortable home, close to farms and cultural offerings, with ample space to spread out. Loved the Nordic vibes, clean lines, artwork and fixtures. This home makes the most of its wooded setting, and though we highly recommend it, one should be aware you can hear the rumble of nearby trains and vehicles on the road.

Robin was a great guest. Communicative, friendly, and followed the house rules well. We hope to welcome him back again in the future.

We had a very relaxing stay. The home was well appointed and in a lovey setting. I loved sitting at the table in the kitchen looking at the forrest out the huge picture window. The beds were nice and firm and the bedrooms were quiet and we all got great sleep. Thank you!
