This is a great location on the beach. Noah's Ark is a great rental besides a few small details. We loved the extra beverage fridge and the ice maker. The view is exceptional. The convenience to the pool and the beach is great. A short walk to either. The house is very well equipped even with games and books! It was clean and seemed well maintained. I wish one of the side porches was screened in. The black biting flies were horrible for a few days. I also think it would be nice to have screens on the doors leading to the deck. Biggest complaint would be there is no way an adult can sleep on the bottom of the loft bunk. It needs an actual mattress. We are a group of 6 woman who each like our own room/sleeping area. The top bunk had a mattress but we are all in our 60's. The pad is quite thin...I wouldn't even want a kid to sleep there. My other complaint is that the underside of the house was sort of a mess. I picked it up myself. The toilet under the house was a great convenience when on the beach! Those things being said, this is one of the best houses we have stayed in and this was our 24th trip to this beach. All in all..this is a great vacation house.

Family Vacation 2026 This year was our 15th summer to come to Gulf Shores for our family vacation. When we are all together there are 22 of us. Our oldest son and his family were able to rent a house across from this house making the beach days even better. The Noah’s Ark was wonderful for our family! You can’t beat the location. The house was clean, kitchen well equipped for preparing meals, beds were very comfortable, lots of space for eating meals and outdoor shower was perfect for remote the sand when coming up from the beach. The house was decorated so beautiful! There is not one negative thing I can say about this house! Our trip was perfect!!! We loved the house so much we have rented for next year.

We had 9 women together from the PCHS class of 78! The house was so very nice! It was clean, well stocked in the kitchen, has plenty of space, plenty of parking and the location and views are wonderful!

Overall it was a great week. The house is just perfect for four couples, as each have their own private bath. Upstairs shower needs caulk, and the downstairs master bath sink stopper doesn't work.

We have brought our family to the Redneck Riviera (Florida-Alabama beaches) for over 40 years and this property was as good as it gets for what we enjoy. On the beach, not crowded, clean, well maintained, ample seating in the living area, kitchen well stocked with everything you need, comfortable beds (we have stayed in some properties with worn out mattresses), many windows with a great view and natural light, awesome porch overlooking the gulf, and an outdoor toilet & shower (with hot water). The property is great, and Gail (the property manager) was amazing. Thanks for a great week.

We were so pleased with the rental. It is so spacious; great kitchen and living room areas. The outdoor shower and toilet were definitely a plus. The customer service was super. We're definitely coming back.

This is a well appointed home with fantastic ocean access. The beach area was not busy at all and we were there over Labor Day Weekend. There are a few restaurants in the area, but with the beach privacy you would have to drive to get to a “town”.

Beautiful house, tons of extras, easy to work with, rapid responses to questions! One of our most enjoyable places to stay! Wonderful experience!

The rental home was great and had plenty of room, furnishings and supplies for our expanded family vacation with 8 adults and 4 kids. We've been renting homes on the beach for over 30 years and Coastal View Vacations provides the best experience--by far. The reservation process is fast and efficient, the check-in and check-out is easy and the communication is proactive and informative. Jen and Cheri are fantastic. And also big thanks to the guy who took our trash cans up and down that long driveway during the week! We'll see you again next year!

Plenty of room for the four couples. Very nicely appointed house, with first class amenities. Close enough to town, but not too close.

Beautiful property, peaceful beachfront, quiet and clean...Noah’s Ark gave us exactly what we needed. We came to visit one of my daughter Chrissy’s favorite places. Cancer took her from us in 2022. This was a serene and peaceful respite. Absolutely perfect! ❤️

My husband, myself, 3 of our grown children and their spouses along with our precious 5 grandchildren could not have asked for a better place to stay on our vacation. The space was incredible and accomodated our large family perfectly. The proximity to the beach was incredible (75 steps, I counted!) Everyone commented on the ideal location. The property manager checked on us regularly and were so helpful in answering all questions. We plan to make this an annual destination!

It was the perfect house for a perfect getaway. Our plans were originally to fly to Tampa and go to Anna Maria Island but the hurricane canceled all our plans. We couldn't have picked a better plan B.

This is our fourth time staying at this location! Noah's Ark, has been our home away from home for our annual family beach trip. We absolutely love everything about the house. The kitchen is stocked with everything that you need in the extra beverage refrigerator and icemaker is an added bonus! Everything in this house works, nothing is broken. We only had one small issue with the cable and the property manager, Linda, sent someone right over to have it fixed. I cannot express how appreciative and thankful I am for the communication that Linda provided to us throughout the trip. Other highlights, when this house says that it will sleep 14 people, they are not lying! If you've never stayed in this area, the house is located in Fort Morgan, if you're looking for an area with a lot of activity, this is not yet. But if you're coming to enjoy the beach, this is the perfect place. Not only is the house ready and set up to be lived in comfortably, But the amount of space you have underneath the house to put your all your cars in and the grill, it's a huge plus! If you are hesitating on renting this house, don't! It's worth every penny!

Great location, spacious house

We just finished our week vacation in gulf shores. We LOVED staying in Noah's Ark. The home was beautiful and spacious. Lots of seating and a large table kitchen table plus bar stools with space to eat at the counter. This was perfect for our large family of 9. The house was Very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. There is a toilet and shower down stairs outside which we loved so we could rinse and clean off after being on the beach. The house is right on the beach which we loved with amazing views! Highly recommend this house. We will definitely be back!!

Very happy with our stay at Noah's Ark. This our third time. Especially enjoy outside toilet and sower. Also VERY large covered area for cars or children to play. Disappointed could not set up Commercial tents. As you age you need shade at beach, and carrying a tent and chairs each day was a downer. Will have to consider that next time. Everything worked get. Liked ice maker and drink cooler. The floors and mattresses seemed new. Very good experience.

Noah’s Ark is a comfortable, beautiful Morgantown home and well maintained! The house was very clean and everything was in good working order. We have rented other Ft. Morgan houses in previous years but all decided this was our favorite. Management company was easy to work with. The only issue we had while there was a noisy group that wanted to set up their beach tent very close to ours. They had accessed our area through the nearby public beach access. Other than that, we were very pleased and would definitely recommend Noah’s Ark to others looking for a beachfront home on Ft Morgan.

Noah/s Ark did not disappoint! Right on the beach, and a lovely home. We had one issue with electrical outlet not working to charge our golf cart and it was resolved within 2 hours. We highly recommended this property and working with Coastal View Vacations.

We have been coming here for years and always love it. This is our 4-5 year at this specific home. Best views and the family loves it. Over the last couple years its a little sad to see that the property isn't being maintained well. The main bathroom ceiling has a significant amount of water damage, most rooms have large drywall cracks. Unfortunately we were welcomed by many many cockroaches which continued through the duration of our stay. Noahs Ark you can do better bc I've seen it. Great property mgt company, quick responses and professional attitudes.

This property is well-located in Morgantown on the beach. The views from the interior are superb with the Gulf view from a "wall of glass." About 6.5 miles down the road is Fort Morgan with the Mobile Bay Ferry that can take you to Dauphin Island for a day of biking. About 4 miles towards town is a new fine dining restaurant, Jesse's on the Bay. Noah's Ark is well-maintained with all the features you want for a Gulf vacation.

The rental agency was very responsive when I communicated with them. The kitchen was very well stocked and the house was clean and comfortable.

We picked a hot time of year in the middle of a heat wave but in this house we never lost view of the beautiful beach. We also encountered jellyfish so we were not able to spend as much time in the ocean as we would have liked. The entire beachfront wall of windows allowed us to stay cool and still watch the waves, view the birds, and even spot dolphins. There were plenty of kitchen wares, towels, games, and books to enjoy. Location is a beautiful neighborhood about 25 miles from Gulf shores. Far enough away from the city to enjoy peace but close enough to go have some fun. The house manager, Linda, came over to help us with a remote control issue. She was very sweet and gave us recommendations for child friendly activities in the area. We went on the Sunny Lady Dolphin Cruise and it was really fun for kids and adults alike. I highly recommend Noah’s Ark beach house. Hope to come back sometime.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Noah's Ark. The layout of the house is great for more than one family. It was very clean and neat. Our only complaint was the drive to go to restaurants.

Our vacation was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely rent here again. Please be advised - we did see one huge cockroach in the king room downstairs. I did kill it.

We wanted to submit a five-star review the moment we walked into the house! The home was equipped far better than any home we’ve ever used. The kitchen had a great layout for cooking and the separate bar had everything we needed, including an ice machine that kept our coolers full! The rooms were spread out and spacious. Beds very comfortable. Great master bath. Grill in the carport worked great. Very clean! Beach was steps away. Outdoor bathroom and shower very handy. Wonderful value. We loved it so much we extended our stay, and the management company was very prompt and responsive. 100% recommend!

We had 3 families and 14 total people. It worked out well, plenty of room for everyone. Amazing views. Outdoor shower and toilet were nice to have. Plenty of dishes, pans, etc for cooking. Ice machine was clutch, no need to run and grab multiple bags of ice everyday. Only downside was we did encounter a few large roaches each evening in various places. Property manager was informed and they are looking into it. The other negative is not related to the house but Morgantown always had a basketball hoop but it appears that no longer exists. Otherwise, it was a great time in a great location. We would come back.
