This is the second time I’ve stayed here. We have had a wonderful time and the host and experience is first class. The location, check-in, check out, communication has been first class. My family and I have had beautiful memories at this house. Thank you for providing a second home to enjoy our special family occasions. I am grateful to the hosts for a wonderful Newport experience!
Great location for a long weekend in Newport The house was perfect for 2 families totaling 8 people. Loved the rooftop for hanging out with coffee or cocktails. Teenagers loved the living room to watch tv and play games. The kitchen was well equipped for the few meals we had at home. The beds were SO comfortable! Everything we needed was there. Clean and nicely decorated. Newport Beach - Lido has wonderful restaurants and shopping within a short walking distance. The beach was close for a quick dip. We were in town for a wedding in Costa Mesa but wanted to be closer to the water. Would definitely recommended Ocean Views Oasis. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home.
Nicely appointed in a great location. Can’t say anything negative about the property, clean, well appointed, rooftop balcony annd tons of space for a large group that is absolutely in the heart of Newport Beach so close to everything . If this is on your wish list, don’t hesitate, it’s worth it our family of 8 throughly enjoyed our time and the choice.
Extremely loud speaker buzzing sound at 8am in the morning, door lock on third floor patio door loose, extremely difficult parking and maneuvering into garage with a full size Lexus LX600 is a job in itself. Place is beautiful and clean, very heavy chemical smell, outside patio was unusable with the furniture completely wet from sea moisture and fire pit was usable. I would honestly lower the price a bit but it does have a lot of bedrooms for a large group but parking is impossible.

Amazing location close to all the Lido restaurants. Air b n b was great for a group trip a ton of bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful vibey rooftop. The main floor was also great to all hang out. The full beds were a little small.
Great accommodations to enjoy Newport Beach I visited Newport Beach with a bunch of friends to attend the Ohana Festival in Dana Point and enjoy some of the other good times the area has to offer (Duffy boats, golf, dining, etc.). Newport Elegance hit the mark on all fronts. Excellent location (walking distance to lots of great stuff). The home itself was clean and functional for our group with an amazing roof deck. The Arrival Getaways online app was an excellent channel for communicating and providing important data points. 5 stars all around.
Awesome girls’ weekend at this amazing property! 8 girls from high school celebrating our 50th birthdays. We couldn’t have asked for a better property with a beautiful 3rd floor patio!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving. The home itself was as described with plenty of space, a workable kitchen, and a great rooftop deck. We did encounter a few challenges at the start related to the unusual rainy season and some missing kitchen essentials, which was disappointing at first. However, Renzo was an exceptional host extremely responsive, communicative, and quick to take care of everything. Needed items were delivered promptly and needed services were scheduled right away. While the initial hiccups weren’t ideal, the way they were handled made all the difference. If all hosts were as attentive as Renzo, Airbnb would be a much better experience overall. We would recommend this property.
Gorgeous property, up to date & great location! We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. The house is very up to date and well thought out. The garage is very roomy. All appliances are high end. Most properties we’ve rented in the area are not like this. One major con I would say is the house is listed as a 5 bedroom. The upstairs “room” is just a loft. It worked great for my teenager but if I was expecting a bedroom with a door, I would have been disappointed. I don’t think that was made clear in the description. With that being said, we hope to be back!

Newport Get-Away The home is an easy walk to the beach and local amenities. You will enjoy the comfort of the home if you choose this location for your next vacation. We had a minor hiccup, but the management team was eager to help me which made the experience that much better.
