Besides the fact that as any other place check ins are late in the afternoon and check out is 11am. Everything was lovely and exactly as pictured. Our family and children had a great time we absolutely loved the place! Very stylish and clean!
Hello, I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at the property in Austin. Unfortunately, the pool and Jacuzzi were not cleaned or maintained during our visit. Despite the listing highlighting these amenities, they were not in usable condition, and maintenance never arrived to address the issue, even after we were expecting it. This was especially disappointing since the pool and Jacuzzi were major reasons for choosing this property. It affected our overall experience and made it difficult to fully enjoy the stay with my family. I hope this feedback helps improve future guest experiences. The house is super cool and really beautiful I wish I lived there! I had some family over for my birthday and everything went great minus the pool and jacuzzi- the pool is pretty small and there was no sun at the pool despite it being super sunny out. I think just the layout with the house the sun doesn’t hit the pool unfortunately. The jacuzzi water looked pretty sketch 😂 none of us got in the pool or the jacuzzi and that was kind of the whole point of booking it unfortunately.
This house was perfect for our group (5 adults; 4 kids). Never felt like we were cramped. We had plenty of space in the house and the backyard was great for hanging out. Everything was clean and tidy. Great coffee set up for those who love coffee. Plenty of excellent restaurants in the area. We’ll definitely look to stay here again in the future.
The house is just what you see and the location is tucked away and very convenient for downtown. The kids loved the place and to pool table was a winner. The huge screen TV made for a fun gaming session, especially when one son hooked up his VR set to it. Amazingly, the pool was the perfect temperature. It gets the shade of the home by mid afternoon and is a really nice afternoon/evening hangout. Oh…and the coffee maker was legit!
Host was very responsive when a hot tub issue came up. House was beautiful and great for our group of adults.
Really nice house in great location in south austin. Very clean, comfy beds - all bedrooms have their own bathroom. Big kitchen and common area; perfect for a group. Hosts are super responsive and helpful!
Urban stays place was great. Very spacious and clean. Plenty of space for all my friends plus a nice little pool. Would definitely stay again due to the location and clean space.

Accurate pictures and description, with prompt responsiveness by the host. The area was quiet yet walkable to local restaurants in 5-10 min. Great space for a group, but I think 10 people is more reasonable than the 16 listed. Cons: While pets are allowed, there is an additional $50 fee that isn't communicated until you're trying to access the check-in code upon arrival. There was also a large window that had been shattered by a previous guest and hadn't been replaced (approx 8' x 3' open hole from the missing pane) and a foul odor from a presumed leak in the laundry room that permeated the second floor of the property.
UrbanStay was a great home and I would highly recommend it to others visiting ATX. Everything was just as I imagined it would be when looking through photos and picking a location for ACL. It was very clean and was a great set up for my friends who love a great "Insta-gram-able" photo opp prior to hitting the town. If you are looking for a place to stay minutes from downtown ATX, this is your spot! Thanks for being great hosts!

Great place for our bachelorette party. You can definitely tell it’s used for that with some noticeable wear and tear. The fridge wasn’t working and the hosts were responsive and proactive on fixing it. It was great using the pool in the heat. I’d revisit!

The home provided a great atmosphere for our bachelor group. The pool was a huge bonus for those hot summer days. Easy commute to 6th and Rainey, not too far from the airport either. Area was good and neighbors were friendly. 10/10 recommend!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Airbnb looked just like the photos. The decor was thoughtful - definitely made for bachelorette party. The location is great. It didn’t take more than 10-15 min to get to most of the Austin attractions. The only complaint we have is that the floor was not cleaned well. There was lots of residual hair (and dust/ dirt) from prior guests so we had to wear shoes in the house.
The place was great for a group of 10. Plenty of space to get ready, good layout, clean and very responsive host. We actually found ourselves wanting to get back and hang out at home!
We stayed with a party of 8 and two pups for two nights. The space was perfect! There was plenty of room in the main living area for everyone to be together but be doing their own thing. Also enough room to play a little ball in the backyard with the dogs! Everything was super clean and super fun. An excellent stay!
Great house with lots of character and space for larger groups! Positive: We really enjoyed playing pool. We also greatly appreciated that each room had its own bathroom. It was perfect for traveling with a large group. Negative: Nothing.
The house was a perfect set up for our couples trip. Loved all the bedrooms, bathrooms. the kitchen had everything we needed plus some. Nice touch with toothbrushes/razors in the bathrooms. hangers in the closets. plenty of towels for pool and showers. The areas that we were disappointed with was the hot tub, pool, and the musty, spoiled smell I think coming from the water in the house? by day 2 we were smelling some musty smells especially upstairs hallway and when we would turn on water for the showers. The hot tub was not ready for us night one but after they came the next day we were able to try it the following night. It also smelled musty as we got in. after starting the jets the whole tub turned green chunks/debris were floating everywhere we did not stay. The pool filter also did not work well as it was constantly filled with debris from the wind and trees. overall we liked the place but we definitely booked for some of these extra things that we were not able to enjoy
Definitely will be staying here when we come back! The place was beautiful and had more amenities and kitchn equipment to make you feel right at home. We mad full use of the hot tub which was amazing. We went to one of the loacal bars, but there were so many restaurants and bars within walking distance that we never got to try. This place is great for adults, but its also a great safe place for families as my girlfriend and I had her son with us. Highly recommend
We had a great time in Austin and loved staying in this home! The photos are accurate, and we loved the decor and the high-end kitchen. Also nice to have dedicated bathrooms for each bedroom. The hot tub is not featured in the photos, but there’s one in the back of the house and fairly large. We enjoyed that, as well. The house is walkable to a handful of restaurants and liquor store. And it’s a quick Uber to all the hotspots. Great location and would definitely stay here again!
I had a fantastic experience staying at this place in Austin! The location was perfect—close to downtown and some amazing local eateries. The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like complimentary snacks and a guidebook. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking to explore Austin. I can’t wait to return!
AVOID this property and the owner, Urban Stay. We have had to open a case with Airbnb for misrepresentation/fraud. Prior to booking, we asked if the water leak that made the house smell of sewage had been fixed (we reported this during our first stay there two weeks earlier). They confirmed and we booked over Christmas at a premium. We would not have booked if the issue wasn't fixed (who wants to stay in sewage?). The issue wasn't fixed (ie - misrepresentation/fraud to get our booking). Their failure to address this led to a flood in the middle of our Christmas morning (they failed to tell us we weren't supposed to use the laundry machines while they were trying to fix the issue). We also reported multiple times the front porch lights not working, with steps that aren't up to code (life/safety issue). They never addressed this. Lastly, they offered to refund us for the rental costs for one day for our "inconvenience", and now are reneging. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.
Place was perfect for the New Years weekend. Kids had a blast and loved the decor in the rooms. We were able to watch the fireworks from the balcony across the austin skyline. Would definitely stay here again!
Hot tub was heated and ready house when we arrived. The back yard grassy area was perfect for our dog. Location was so convenient to downtown and the UT football game.
Our group of girls absolutely LOVED our stay! This house was perfect. Beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed for a fabulous stay. It looked even cuter in person. The house was so close to everything - just a quick uber or walk away. The hosts were so accommodating, flexible, and so quick to respond to any questions we had. 11/10 stay!! We will absolutely be back for our next trip.
This was a great location for a birthday party!! We spent most of our time in the pool. Good location to restaurants, bars and shops.

Clean, bright, spacious and beautifully decorated house! Very well-equipped for the cooking & grilling we did. We appreciated the laundry, dish washing and paper supplies, which were more than enough for our 4-night stay with 4 adults. House had plenty of beach towels, which we used for a day at Barton Springs. Pool was a little too cold for us, but the hot tub was great. We really enjoyed hanging out in the pool area - whole backyard was a great use of outdoor space for fun activities or just lounging. Great location for a walk to Lamar, First St. or Congress St. food and entertainment. HEB grocery nearby. Host was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. Would definitely recommend!
Great house. Super communicative. Some glitches with the app they require you to use (Enso?) - kept saying I didn't registrer, then wouldn't actually unlock front door.
Great location and Airbnb had thoughtful touches like loose-leaf tea and a cast-iron tea kettle. They're very non-toxic forward, from the available all purpose cleaner to the detergent. Lots of light available. Hot tub was XL - could fit more people than most.
Host was so easy to talk to, one of the best airbnbs. Definitely recommend

Good location easy to walk to sports bars and fun activities. The BBQ restaurants were all 10 minute drive or less. The house was fun and had plenty to offer. The pool and the spa were perfect for entertaining

The AirBnb was listed as having a pool and a hot tub. About a hour into our 3 day 2 night stay we informed the hosts that the hot tub was not working they spent the next 48 hours "trying to contact maintenance" but were never able to do so but somehow had it fixed two hours after our departure. Aside from the that there was a 50/50 chance on if an electric outlet would work. There was trash outside from previous guest, the grass was knee high along the side of the house, and to top it off there was a moldy loaf of bread in a cabinet. This is not including the general uncleanliness of the house as a whole which was also subpar. Multiple appliances throughout the house and kitchen also did not work. I would not recommend this AirBnb to anyone as it is clearly barely stitched together to say it is suitable and in some ways I would also consider this a safety hazard with the amount of electrical issues its had.
The pool needs some work! It was raining but any way we would not swing in that pool it is rusty
Beautiful place , lots of cool paintings and lighting. Enjoyed playing pool inside and used the jacuzzi at night. 10 out of 10

Excellent weekend. The only issue that we had during the entire time is we could not get the hot tub to heat up. Outside of that we had a blast.

The inside place is good and comfortable. However, the yard was not clean and not much usable. All of the hot tub jets were not working and the host were not very responsive when reported. Very dark at night in front with no lights and didn't feel safe walking at night. No instructions as to how to use various appliances and/or front door lock. We would not consider staying at this place again.

The house was a nice space overall. There were no pool towels only bath towels. And only one each for everyone to use in the bathroom. There was excessive mold in the bathroom upstairs in the back of the house and mold that looked quite dark. The pool is a lot smaller than it looks in pictures but it was fine for just relaxing. Easy to walk places.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Homeowner arrived at the house letting us know they company was illegally renting it to tenants & we had to move immediately.

Nicely stocked with everything you might need, the house is clean and pleasant, and very roomy.
Couldn’t ask for much more. Ended up booking two days prior to our arrival because of a cancellation by another airbnb, and we couldn’t be more grateful that the other cancelled, as this place was everything we possibly could’ve asked for. Friendly hosts and a beautiful spot to enjoy Austin.
