Nice private area, in central location of Door County that would be very accessible to lots of options. Just a few minutes from the Fish Creek area. Property was well maintained with everything we needed. Clear instructions from the host. Would stay again if we came back.

We were so thrilled to find this cabin on short notice after having to unexpectedly change our travel plans. It was a wonderful location—just enough seclusion while being in close proximity to town. The cabin was so charming and tastefully decorated—perfect blend of modern and rustic. We especially loved the screened in side room—our favorite place to hang out in the cabin! It was stocked with a lot of essentials and some extras. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a centrally located, quiet, well stocked and family friendly place.

The cabin was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We liked the location - close to Fish Creek but in a quiet, woodsy setting. It was in a perfect location to set out on a bike to explore Peninsula State Park and the back roads if Door County. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic stay in Door County and enjoyed our private, peaceful home base. The cabin is just as shown in the pictures. Location is great as it is not far from town, but removed from the hustle and bustle. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. even slept out there one night! Thanks for the wonderful stay!
A lovely secluded property. Well appointed with toiletries & kitchen supplies. We enjoyed the rustic feel of the space. Bring bug spray in the summer!

The Gibraltar Getaway is AMAZING!!! The authentic wood logs, fireplace, open concept living/kitchen space is beautiful beyond the photos depict. The tile shower was awesome . The large screen room is wonderful for am coffee. Very close to Peninsula State Park and other fun areas. I recommend taking a screen shot of the wi fi password, which I did not, because there is no coverage otherwise and I could not access the wi fi to retrieve it until we drove away to an area with coverage. Having it posted in the rental along with a binder with all the information would be helpful. We highly recommend the Gibraltar Getaway and already have friends interested in renting it after seeing our photos!

Nice cozy cabin in the woods Everything was fine! Plenty of firewood for the nightly campfires. Turkeys wondering through the woods.Handy access to the state park, Fish Creek and Ephram.
