I had a pleasant stay overall — the place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was responsive, and the location was convenient for getting around Kitchener. Everything was as described, and I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. One small suggestion would be to provide a vacuum cleaner for guests staying longer — it would make it easier to keep the space tidy. Other than that, everything was great!

The apartment itself is nice. But worst air conditioning system. Specially when it’s too hot outside, they should be mor Positive: The apartment was neat and clean Negative: The check-in direction should be more clear or at least there should be a sign to show from where should we get into the lobby. And the most horrible thing was the bad air conditioning system. It was 38 degrees outside and the apartment was super hot. We tried to lower the temperature but there wasn’t any option. It was too hot

Fair for price great location Positive: The location. It had a fully functional kitchen and balcony. Negative: Hard time with thermostat, video didn’t work. Fob had issues in parking garage to elevator (bldg issue) and not accepting floor I stayed on so had to go one above and walk down. Parking was available but not included (my issue did not read fine print) and cost $25-$40 per day.

The property was well maintained and clean. Concierge was helpful and friendly. Condo was comfortable but not well stocked. Only 2 bath and hand towels were left for us to use. No face clothes, no extra toilet paper and no kleenex were provided. Kitchen had minimal items provided.

Positive: It's was home like and very clean and comfy 😌 Negative: The fire alarm went on between 1 and 2 a.m., very disturbing, and I was in the panic mode 😢 I didn't know where I was or what I was doing 🙃 I was crawling 😭 on the floor, panicking, Next time I book for a stay I will like a discount 😌 for this incident

Amazing place. Positive: Very clean and spacious

Upon entering there is a musty smell, dirty floors and hair all over the couch. The bedroom is a horror show, with stains and hair between each layer you pull back, connected is the bathroom, where you can find a shower with black footprints, brown shower curtains and of course brown drains to match. Having a two day stay and having the cleaner come twice was beyond ridiculous. First within 2hrs of arrival for the discoloured crumby stains, and pubic hair under the pillows, without touching the bathroom. Then and again the following day for more cleaning, this time the shower which was barely done. Parking is paid, more than $34 a day. The bowling alley, pool and foosball was fun after you complete the mission of heading to the other building to sign them out one at a time. No cleaning products or extra garbage bags too! Overall horrible experience for anyone concerned with where they choose to sleep, or shower after a long day.

Overcharged and not given deposit back. Negative: Why am I being uncharged on this? You still have not given me my $100 back either. I booked the room for $98 and I'm being charged $198.

Pleasant place with many of the comforts and conveniences of home (except parking for our large van) Positive: Good facilities. Comfortable bed and furniture, although living seating could be improved with an extra comfy chair with recliner or cassock at least. Kitchen was well equipped and supplied. Nice cheater from the bedroom to the washroom. Nice balcony, which would be pleasant to use during warmer weather. Nice security building. Good full size coffee maker. Pleasant decor. Negative: No parking available for our van, as it would not fit. We had paid for parking and were not reimbursed even though we couldn't use the facitlities. We had inquired ahead of time about the suitability for a high roof van, but we didn't get a reply. We had to park on the street and keep moving the van, an inconvenience that also resulted in one parking ticket during our two day stay.

Gilbert was very responsive and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and very nice with a comfortable bed. The gym in the building is well equipped, and the amenities are great. I would absolutely stay here again.

Honest opinion Positive: Furniture, equipment, ease of communication with the host, and recreational lounge Negative: The swimming pool was not in service during our stay. The recreational facilities close at 10 pm, while in many similar buildings, they remain open 24/7. Notification of 3 hours morning water cut for maintenance and testing (but in fact, it turned out that water was not cut). Check-out at 10 am is too early and outside hotel norms and should be two hours more at 12:00. Advanced Pest control measure is recommended. More attention to cleaning details is also desirable, namely kitchen utensils (blender, knives, kitchen drawers). Besides the above, we enjoyed our stay and mostly the balcony, the location, the quick response of the host, and the recreational lounge that included bowling.
