Positive: This property is really good and worth the money.

This is one of the best apartments I have stayed in Canada. Gilbert and Wendy were very proactive and very responsive with clear instructions. There was no questions to be asked as they provided answers before you asked. This will always be my go to place whenever I am in town. The bed exceeded my expectations, the whole apartment was squeaky clean, the view was breathtaking. For the price, it’s the best you can find in the area. I have never taken time to write a review but this apartment deserves more than a 5 star.

Excellent stay. Great views from the 22nd floor. Cost less than our previous stays at hotel, had to make my own breakfast but it's well worth it. Will definitely stay here again.

There aren’t enough words to describe how lovely Gilbert and Wendy are and their listing! My husband and I had the absolute best time, so much so that we asked for a later checkout because we didn’t want to leave! The sunsets from this unit were absolutely incredible and one of our favourite parts of our trip. We are excited to visit again! Highly recommended!

The hosts were very kind and welcoming. They explained everything clearly and were available whenever anything was needed. The property is very spacious, clean, and comfortable, on top of having amazing views due to being in a high rise. I would stay again and highly recommend it.

this is my second time now staying with Gilbert and Wendy, and it just keeps getting better. this is my most favorite rental out of all the rentals I've ever had! it is absolutely stunning. they're also great hosts, they respond almost instantly to any questions you have. I just had an absolute wonderful stay! if I could give 10 Stars I would.

Negative: The host isint helpful at all

It is very uncomfortable place due to extreme heat. Temperature does not came down because they have centralised heating. After telling the issue they gave me advice to open the windows, temperature will not came down. Parking gate doesn’t open automatically We have to open it manually every time and this is paid parking.

What a beautiful place to get away.

Absolutely terrible. The place was cute, but it was such a nightmare to get into the correct room & the aftermath of Positive: The view was amazing. It had its own private balcony & floor to ceiling windows. Negative: Check in was a nightmare. The system at the actual location had me in another room than what was showing on my end, couldn’t get in because the key wouldn’t unlock the door. Upon trying to get in several times with new keys, the front desk finally had to master unlock the door only for someone else to already be there. It was over 5 hours after my arrival that I was finally able to get into the correct room. I prepaid for parking prior to my arrival only for the gate to not unlock upon arriving so I had to swipe my card again. Upon leaving, I had to use the call box on the gate because the gate wouldn’t open. They refunded me for the 1st night & my original pre paid parking fee however fast forward to 3 weeks later, they are now calling me saying I didn’t return the keys to the room the front desk had to master unlock which I absolutely did as the front desk guy tried it before master unlocking someone else’s room.

Great place in a great area. Had so much fun exploring Kitchener/Waterloo and the surrounding area. Loved my breakfasts on the balcony.

The condo was very clean and well decorated. The amenities are great. However there are a few items that were needed, for example the kitchen needs a strainer, the bedroom needs a full length mirror, the condo should have at least 1 tissue box, the towels should be suitable for 2 adults. Two very small bath towels is not acceptable for showering. Two hand towels and two face towels were also provided. Luckily we brought our own towels, since we were more than 2 adults. Plus the bathroom had one bulb not working. The condo states for 2-3 people, but it is only meant for two. Only 1 bed. We were more than 2, so brought a foldable matress for the living area, which was absolutely workable, since the space was very accomodating in size. The underground parking was great. Checkin was not accepable since our keys did not work, I had to figure out a way to get from the undergound parking lot back up to security. Then wait 20 minutes until I could get that problem rectified. I suggest that you get security to test the keys before handing them off to you. All and all I do highly recommend the property, it was a beautiful place to stay at.

Be careful with this property Negative: Unclear instructions, complicated check in process and unsupportive manager. Not a place for you to take rest but to take your time and energy. The 2-hour check in process is an exhaustion. They management wont do much but to blame the customer

Perfect place to stay in Kitchener. Location: not too close to the downtown but not too far. Hosts: responsive, supportive. Bnb: everything you’d need.

Positive: The apartment was fine. The location was okay, too Negative: The place was cold. The network didn't work at all. The staff didn't care to send someone to fix the problem it was just promises after promises that someone was coming and nobody came 😞 my weekend was ruined, and they charged me three times for the parking 😢 when I got there my car wasn't even registered they wouldn't let me in to park my car and now they don't want to pay me back for the parking money 😢 thanks for nothing really

Just the check in procedure could be streamlined more. I booked two places in last week but had issues getting in. I waited in snow for almost an hour during both visits to get in as my name was not there with the concierge. Other than that every thing went well.

The Airbnb was absolutely beautiful. Great views overlooking the city and a great spot to watch the sunset. Definitely recommend getting the parking pass. It is quick and easy to get your personal belongings from your vehicle to your room.

would have been 5 stars except we had no A/C. The thermostat was not working. our first night it was 30 degrees Celsius- totally unbearable. We ended up just turning it off. Hosts were responsive but nothing could be done first night because all workers were gone home. They did send someone the next morning but he also could not get thermostat to work. They did provide us with a fan. We booked for 3 people but towels only provided for 2. They did correct this the next morning. The condo itself is beautiful and very clean. Great amenities in the building. We were able to bowl one night which was fun. Would definitely recommend this condo as long as the thermostat issue is fixed.

Mind the $79 "Cleaning Fee" Positive: The place was clean and nice, although I was only there for one night and had to book it last minute due to an unforeseen change in plans. The view was great, and it definitely was centrally located close to the train station and both Kitchener and Waterloo. There is also a hot tub and jet pool available on the second floor. Negative: There was a $79 "cleaning fee" that should have been included up front with the price. It was a bit of a shocker to see that charge after I could no longer get a refund. Also, there some issues getting the keys to the place, as that was less straightforward than I would have liked and required multiple long distance phone calls, waiting for the concierge, and generally took over an hour just to get in.

Inconsiderate hosts. Will not accommodate anything. Slow to respond. The bathroom was disgusting. Had hair in the shower and the sink. We waited for half an hour outside the place with no response. Nice location, terrible hosts.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was exactly as described! The condo itself was spacious and clean and we felt right at home the moment we walked in. The floor to ceiling windows provided incredible views, both morning and night! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony; taking in the beauty of the skyline, and enjoyed a glass of wine on the balcony at sun set! Gilbert and Wendy were very attentive and friendly; quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend. Thank you for an incredible stay!

Very nice place to stay would definitely consider it again in the future. But be aware the bed is extremely soft. The parking garage is a little bit of a hassle to use, especially if you have a large SUV like myself for reference size Lincoln navigator. Yes it will fit and yes, get the parking garage. All in all great host great place to stay 10 out of 10.

Great apartment with a good location walkable to things nearby eg. some restaurants, Tim Hortons, the ion etc. All the household items we needed were provided to us and we felt very comfortable. The only setback is the amenities in the building were unfortunately not functioning for majority of our long stay and that was disappointing. Otherwise, great place and would recommend for short or long stay.

We had such a great stay at Gilbert’s apartment It was even lovelier in person and everyone was so helpful, and the view??? AMAZING. Even when we had a complaint regarding the heating, they made sure to promptly come attend to it & then even gave us a portable heater because we wanted more heating. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to have a truly wonderful experience in Kitchener. Thank you Gilbert
