Sea Glass brings an easy, elevated New Buffalo stay less than half a mile from New Buffalo Public Beach. Spend your days on Lake MI, then unwind with sunset views from the private rooftop deck. Guests also have full access to the seasonal community pool and hot tub.

About this property

Sea Glass is designed for easy group living, with comfortable gathering spaces inside and multiple outdoor spots to enjoy the coastal setting. The layout gives everyone room to spread out after a day at the beach, on the water, or exploring town, while the kitchen and living areas keep the group connected for shared meals and downtime. Start your mornings right with the espresso machine in the kitchen.

Three bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups, and each bedroom has its own desk, a great setup for remote workers who need a quiet place to get things done:

Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, plus a twin trundle

With 2.5 bathrooms thoughtfully placed throughout the home, mornings and post-beach rinse-offs stay simple, even with a full house.

Outside, Sea Glass really shines. The private rooftop deck is the standout feature, offering front-row seats to New Buffalo's sunsets over Lake Michigan. Guests also have full use of the HOA community pool and hot tub, a nice way to relax without leaving the neighborhood. The unit includes covered parking for four cars, with two spaces in the private garage and two just outside, a real perk given that you're just a half block from downtown. The garage comes equipped with an EV charging station, plus beach chairs on hand so you can grab them and go, no packing required.

The area

Location is one of Sea Glass's biggest strengths. You're literally a half block from multiple shops and restaurants, and just two blocks from the grocery store. That means you can park your car when you arrive and not touch it again until you leave. And when we say walkable, we mean it: ice cream, live music, and everything downtown New Buffalo has to offer is about two minutes away, not the "short walk" that turns out to be 15. You can even sit on the front porch and listen to live music drifting over from the patios at Postboy and Casey's. We're also a short walk from the Amtrak station, so guests coming from the city can leave their car at home.

Sea Glass sits less than half a mile from New Buffalo Public Beach, putting Lake Michigan's sand and water within easy walking distance. The surrounding Harbor Country area offers no shortage of ways to fill your days: shop the local boutiques, hike nearby trails, kayak or set out for a day of boating and sailing, bike scenic backroads, or spend an afternoon touring the region's wineries. When the sun goes down, head back up to the rooftop for one of New Buffalo's signature sunsets.

Dining options nearby include Postboy, Terrace Room, Stray Dog, Casey's, Sonny D's, David's, Brewster's, Beer Church, Nancy's, Hummingbird Lounge, Redamak's, Jackie's Café, Villa Nova, Song Asian, Bentwood Tavern, Ghost Isle, Los De Catemaco, Al Fuego Grill & Bar, and Rio's Mexican. For coffee, guests can walk to David's, Issa Vibe, Black Currant Bakery, or Infusco at Postboy (seasonal). Barney's, just two blocks away, is the go-to spot for groceries and stocking up during your stay.

Sea Glass places you close to the beach, the water, and the best of what Harbor Country has to offer, all from your own private rooftop retreat.
