New Egg Harbor Construction with Pool,Hot Tub,Gym — Guest Reviews

We stayed for Labor Day weekend. Very comfortable stay. Lots of room to spread out. Well equipped kitchen. It was a peaceful area, very quiet at night. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the clubhouse.

We had a wonderful stay and appreciated the short 2min drive into Egg Harbor. The condo was spacious and we appreciated the ample towels and lack of clutter. The host is super responsive and took care of our two small issue (door code and bees) right away. We stayed with two smalls kids upstairs and Grandma took the main floor suite. The queen bedroom has a skylight that cannot be closed/blocked and gave the room tons of light. This wasn't an issue for us, but would be for a baby or if you sleep in. The upstairs twin room does not have blackout shades and gets late light from the west facing windows. We solved this with black garbage bags on the windows. The lack of clutter was a BIG pro with kids, however cons are that sound echos loudly with the lofted ceilings and the "raw edge" wood tables weren't ideal. Pool is open 9am-10pm and we used it everyday!! A wonderful perk and only a short walk down the hill. We had a great stay overall and we would rent here again!

The condo was exactly what we were hoping for. It easily accommodated the 4 of us and the location is just a few minutes from Egg Harbor. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Plenty of extra towels. Good instructions ahead of time.

Our stay at Simple Life Rental’s was very enjoyable from the cute space, wonderful family pool, little vineyard in the back, and the close proximity to the downtown Egg Harbor. Check in was smooth and easy and the host was easily reachable when we had any questions. Highly recommend this stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was relatively easy to find aside from this unit not having a building number displayed. On the plus side, Simple Life Rentals offers top notch communication. The condo is an end unit so it was nice to only have the one shared wall. The beds were very comfortable with extra blankets available. There is plenty of space for six guests. The grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool. On the flip side, it is a minimally supplied condo. Guests are only provided one towel each. There is essentially nowhere to hang wet towels; one hook beside the shower and one small towel bar over the toilet. The kitchen pantry is full of hardware, cleaning supplies, etc so that leaves the counter for storing groceries. For a four day stay, the clutter was frustrating. The only knives were small steak knives which are not suitable for cutting open a watermelon or slicing bakery, etc. No iron. Pillows are firm and overstuffed. Be careful, clothing catches on dining table!

We enjoyed our stay in Door County. The house was beautiful and in a great location. The furnishings were amazing, all raw edge wood and metal. The artwork was an added surprise. Very nice. We did not use the clubhouse or pool so I cannot give a review on that. Simple Life Rentals was very responsive and helped us to exterminate a wasp nest on the deck. Great communication and much appreciated.

The property was very nice with the condo being very modern. We would have given it a fifth star if there was a tv in the main bedroom. There was also construction supplies in the kitchen pantry and some of the closets that really shouldn’t be in the rental. Also, there are windows in the main bedroom that don’t have coverings so you can woke up with the sun. Beyond that we enjoyed the pool, large kitchen and egg harbor location. We will likely come again.

Great, clean place! The kids loved the pool. Check in and check out were easy!

A great stay, convenient location 2 mins drive to egg harbor township. The place is very new and modern.
