The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, and the building itself is also very nice. However, the location is not ideal, as it is right next to a homeless shelter. As a group of 12 girls visiting Nashville, we sometimes felt a little uneasy walking around the area, especially at night. Overall, we really enjoyed the apartment, but the surrounding area is something to keep in mind when booking.
Such a great senior year fall break spent here. So much room for all 10 of us and amazing city views!!

Place was beautiful and beautifully decorated. One problem. It sits directly next to train tracks and train activity happened EVERY morning between 3 and 5 am. Almost $6000 for 4 nights and everything explained in advance in crazy detail except the train noise. Thanks for the jars of ear plugs in every room but the disturbance that woke us up every day was the rumbling of the train not any horns. The building shakes! Felt vs heard! Don’t understand how this wasn’t detailed and disclosed. Totally misleading and wrong. Put that beautiful place away from the train tracks and Rescue Mission which made it very uncomfortable to go for a walk and it’s a 10 star resort. $6000 and I left apologizing to my family. Lesson learned!
Great condo for a big group. We enjoyed walking to Broadway and the Country Music Museum.

Wow! This was an amazing place - from the amenities to the decor to the comfort, it was just the best. I would give it a 100/10 and would love to stay there again. Melissa does a great job communicating proactively throughout your stay and is so helpful! We loved it!
This condo is exactly as described. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers with us and we all enjoyed this stay and the accommodations. Melissa was a great host with very detailed instructions to get into the property. Only thing I would say (which has nothing to do with the house itself or the host) if you have a bigger SUV/Truck, getting out of the parking garage was a challenge due to its poor design. But all in all we had a wonderful stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The unit was exceptionally clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and in an excellent location. The hosts thoughtfully provided earplugs, which were appreciated since the building appears to cater heavily to short-term rentals and has a fairly active nightlife crowd. The walls are quite thin, so noise from neighboring units and hallway traffic can be heard throughout the night and early morning. A few drawbacks kept this from being a five-star experience. The beds were quite firm and not particularly comfortable for us, and the shower water pressure was disappointing. We were also frustrated by the late checkout policy. While it is listed as an option, it is approval-based and that wasn’t made clear upfront. Since requests can only be made close to checkout, it feels more like a possibility than a realistic option. Had we known approval was unlikely, we would have gladly paid for it earlier or made other arrangements.
My family had a fantastic stay. Great location, easy to get around. Place was immaculate, plenty of space and exactly how description was proposed. Service was amazing, always responsive when we had questions or inquiries. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is wanting to visit Nashville.
Great place for a group!Property was really nice. Everything we wanted to do was within a 15 or 20 minute walk.The latch app that is used for getting in caused a little confusion at first because we were all arriving at different times. but ultimately it was fine.
My friends and I had the best time staying here! Spacious, had everything we needed, great amenities and looks exactly like the photos. I highly recommend staying here! Melissa was also so helpful and always very quick to respond, which we really appreciated :)
The unit was well situated. It was clean. Everything was as described. My recommendation for the host would be more towels available to the renters and more kitchen towels. I would not stay here with small children as the railings on the porch deck where climbable.

The building and unit were modern, beautiful and so clean! The location was great for our convention at Music City Center-just over a 10 min walk. Melissa and her team were super responsive when we had questions. She also provides great info on amenities in Nashville.

It was ok, not a great location
This condo worked out perfectly for our group. Bedrooms were good sizes and offered privacy while there was plenty of room in the common area for our group to hangout and play games. Walking to Broadway was easy once we figured out the route. Navigating to the south across the railroad tracks took a little getting used to. You have to travel around the block first to get to the other side of the fence. It was also easy to get ride shares, and the electric scooters were a lot of fun to use. Yes there is a homeless population just up the block, but the people were all nice and offered ‘hellos’. Overall, this location offered our group a great home base for our Nashville adventure. Thank you.
The condo is very nice. Tastefully decorated with a Nashville vibe. The location is convenient to downtown but is in the same neighborhood as a homeless shelter so there are a lot of homeless people on the streets near the condo. We also had a hard time checking in. We were supposed to receive the codes at 3:50 pm and did not get them until 4:30. We were on a tight schedule and had to change our dinner reservations.
Very clean, great space for a large group. Loved the large gathering area and the bedroom configuration was perfect! Easy walk to Broadway.
Was the perfect space for our large group. Had 11 people, 5 of which were 21 year old males. Had great space and enough bathrooms. Would stay there again. Our hosts were also very easy to contact and responded to my messages very quickly.
Very nice property in a not so great neighborhood. Once inside the building we felt very safe. Staff was very friendly. The condo was everything that we needed. Very clean!!

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for Nashville. We will plan to be back another time. Everyone was so helpful at the condo and the owners kept in close communication with us through our stay.
