This place was big enough for our family of 8. The unit is roomy and well lit.

Me alojé con mi esposo y dos hijos y nos sobró muchísimo lugar, estábamos realmente muy muy cómodos. Las instrucciones fueron claras y lo que faltó lo consultamos y rápidamente tuvimos respuesta. La ubicación para ir a Universal es inmejorable, está prácticamente frente a Epic. Tiene de todo para cocinar, y la lavadora y secadora fueron salvadoras. Nos quedamos con las ganas de pasar más tiempo y disfrutar de la sala de cine! Así que seguramente volveremos! Gracias por todo

We had the most wonderful trip staying in this Condo. Our favorite thing was the movie room and watched movies every night after we returned from the Disney/Universal Parks! Vista Cay is an amazing community and is especially close to Universal & the Convention Center. Loved having all the amenities like we were at home.

Our family Christmas trip to Orlando was great and staying here was the cherry on top. The kids enjoyed the themed rooms. Their beds were more comfy than the Master. The Master bed was good though. They sent most of their time in the theater room watching movies when we went out and about at the parks. The amenities were nice and it was like home away from home. We would stay there again the next time we go to Universal. So conveniently located to Epic and a short drive to the Adventure and Studios.

Wonderful stay! We had children and seniors in our group and all were comfortable. There was no starter laundry detergent or dishwasher tablets available to us so be sure you grab some of those with your grocery order for your trip. My only other criticism would be that the bed in the master suite was very uncomfortable in my opinion. Very creaky and you could feel springs with every toss and turn in the night. Location, cleanliness, and amenities were all great!

We very much enjoyed our stay! It was centrally located, spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for cooking and such. The theater room and themed bunk rooms were adorable and a hit with our group!

Excellent place, location is perfect for the Universal Studios theme parks especially Epic!! it was 6 to 10 minutes away. Clean !! My girls loved the rooms decorations and the Movie Theater room was excellent with the popcorn 🍿 machine.

We loved the themed rooms and the movie room. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 kids. The kids also loved playing at the pool. This unit is an easy walk to the main pool.

Very polite hosts and great instructions provided for check-in / etc. Place was accurately described, and it was nice to return to & unwind after a long conference days at the nearby Orange County Convention Center.

This is a cute property, but it’s really meant for 2 adults and the rest kids. The bunk beds particularly in the Mickey room leave no room for an adult to sleep on the bottom bunk and the railings on the top aren’t very high. The only room that has a dresser for storage of clothes is the master bed room. The rest of the rooms required the occupants to live out of a suitcase. The condo floors were filthy from day one. Brand new white socks were pitch black walking around the condo. While the theater room was nice, they have it set up that none of the seats recline. Which is disappointing. The host was really responsive when we called about neither of the doors on the bathrooms locking. This was twice the amount that I have paid the last three years we’ve been to Vista Cay. But this was the worst condo we’ve stayed in.

This place was awesome. From the decor to the movie theatre to the porch. Full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, plenty of space, we had an amazing time. Such a nice place that we ended up ordering in to watch The Incredibles instead of staying out late! Host very sweet as well.

Our family had a great visit with Upstays. The rental was as described and accommodated our family well. We appreciated the prompt responses to our questions and the host was easy to communicate with and provided good information. We would book with this host again.

Location was perfect for our time at Universal. My group loved the movie room and there was plenty of space for all of us. The unit could be wonderful with a few tweaks but as is, it’s just okay. The unit itself was clean, but the upholstered furnishings showed lots of stains (couches, chairs, etc). The larger bed in the master needs an upgrade and having a second bed in that room is just weird. Bunk beds are great but one of the bunk beds has almost no space between the bunks which was problematic when putting an adult on that bed.. No bedside table or dressers in 2nd beds.There were no lamps anywhere and finding a place to charge devices was problematic. Some multi-port chargers near the beds would be very helpful. The outlets in the master bath would not work so no curling irons or anything else would work in there. Some of the outlets in the kitchen did not work either. Towels were super thin and small … Overall, the place is very sparse and did not make us feel comfortable.

Thankyou UpStay for such a wonderful, cozy, and comfortable Airbnb!!! My colleagues and I enjoyed it so much. The movie room was so fun to have a movie night at the end of a busy day. Everything was so clean, and truly the space was so spacious. We will for sure be back!!! Looking forward to my next stay with you.

Such a fun condo! The theater room was a plus! We enjoyed winding down with a movie after long days at the parks. Plenty of room for the 5 adults we had. Even though the rooms had bunk beds, they were so comfy. The pool amenities are also great. Lots of loungers and chairs. Music wasn't too loud like some resorts. Definitely worth the money.

The flat is well located very close to Universal Theme Parks. The flat is very big and corresponds to the picture.

Great location between Disney & Universal! Clean apartment with full kitchen and 2 bathrooms (one is huge!). I appreciated the extra towels (including for the pool) and the washer/dryer was helpful. Plenty of parking on site. Two minor negatives were there are no dressers or tables in the bunk bed rooms, and the space between the bottom and top bunk in the Mickey Mouse room is very small. We ended up not using that bottom bed because it felt claustrophobic. The host is easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to my questions. Would definitely recommend!

Good enough Positive: Location, space, nice views. Negative: No enough supply of essential materials like soups, shampoo, detergent for 6 days stay. Also towel’s quantity is not enough, and is not of high quality too.

Great stay, very close to Universal, specially Epic. It was exactly what we were looking for. Host was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely return.

Everything was great the apartment the location it was perfect. Only downside is you can’t lower the temperature below 72 so it was hot to sleep there

Positive: O apto é grande, tem boas instalações, confortável e limpo. Negative: Alguns utensílios da casa já estão com muito uso. Tivemos problemas com a máquina de lavar, que inclusive parou de funcionar estragando várias roupas. O Wi-Fi parou de funcionar 4 dias e a TV tbm. Comuniquei os ocorridos e disseram que enviariam assistência técnica mas isso não ocorreu. Ficamos com o prejuízo das roupas e sem a solução dos problemas.
