The area

Perfect quiet location, but super close to all of the action! You're minutes away from Nashville's Top Golf, so many great restaurants in East Nashville & Germantown, and you're just minutes away from all the action in down Broadway. Catch a game at the Nissan Stadium, a concert at The Ryman, or Bridgestone Arena, bring the kids to the Adventure Science Center...you're close to it all!

Uber/Lyft readily avialble!

Notes from your host

** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure garage door is shut whenever you are not actively using the garage.

A lot of time, care, and money has been put into this home that we LOVE. I only want to have the best guests who will respect my property AND my neighbors. Not looking for rowdy crowds to stay here!

Your host won't be on the property but they'll be available for anything you need during your stay.

You will have a detailed digital guest book with tips on how to work the TVs, trash, check-out instructions, and it also includes favorite spots in Nashville!

“Amazing place and Jerry was great and helped me with recommendations around the city and I loved the house itself and the area was amazing. Definitely if I ever come back, I will look for this exact place to stay at!”

“One of the best air bnbs that I’ve had the pleasure to stay at. Exactly as pictured, except pictures don’t do it justice! Beds and pillows were comfy, plenty of linens and towels, anything you need is there! The host definitely pays attention to the small details that can make all the difference in your stay. 10 out of 10 recommend!”
