Apartamento suficiente para acomodar 6 pessoas com total conforto. 2 Banheiros completos, equipamentos de cozinha, tv em todos os comodos, lava louças e lava roupas faceis de usar, estacionamento com facil acesso. Negative: Check in um pouco difícil. Conseguir o codigo de entrada depende de linha de celular fucionando para se comunicar com o anfitriao. somente te entregam na porta de entrada. Fica um pouco distante das principais atrações e com transito consideravel.

Positive: It was centrally located to multiple different things. The house and rooms were spacious enough for my family! The kids lovedddd the Starwars room! We ALL LOVED THE BALCONY. I think that may be our favorite part of the house. The house was fully stocked with dishes if you needed to cook. I recommended this place to my family and friends!

Asking for a security deposit the day of arrival..Need to be included in payment thru booking. Hard to hear customer service and thought it may have been a scam. I was getting nervous.
As close to perfect as perfect can get for a family vacation spot Positive: Very spacious, beautiful unit, a lot of amenities and the host was extremely helpful. It is close to the strip where a lot of stores are Negative: the pool isn't lit at night and the parking garage is very tight at entry and exit

Un apartamento para viajar en Familia Positive: Es un alojamiento amplio, con las necesidades básicas para unas vacaciones en familia. Cuenta con un buen servicio y nos resolvieron rápido las situaciones que surgieron en el apartamento. Negative: Que cuando llegamos, un clóset, una tapa del inodoro, un basurero y la secadora estaban rotos o defectuosos. Pero, resolvieron bastante rápido.
Good location, big space and great support and reasonable price! Positive: Great location close to Disney, big clean rooms. excellent support when you call up for help. I couldn't figure out the WiFi based on instructions given but the team walked me through it. They kindly facilitated early check-in and late checkout. Negative: The WiFi instructions were a little off. Only suggestion is to update the automated instruction email so it is up-to-date.

It was a great experience. Conveniently located to Disney parks, airport, and Orlando’s surroundings. Apartment is very spacious and quiet. It is equipped with basic and useful kitchen. For sure will look forward to this place when we go back for an escape in Orlando.

Great customer service but severe upgrades and maintenance needed. Positive: Great communication with Upstay quick response to questions asked. Good location. Big condo lots of room. Negative: Needs serious upgrades and maintenance. Closet doors don’t close as openings are too small for the doors. Bedroom door coming off hinge. Only 2 dish washer soap packets so I washed most of the dishes by hand. No sink plugs for either sink in kitchen so I had to wash the dishes in a soup pot also I put cups in the drain to keep the cock roaches from coming up the drain. Had a huge roach come up the shower drain so we plugged all the drains when not running water. No recycling there. Lots of marijuana smells around and in the building.

Enjoyed my stay ! The building was quiet and peaceful , although I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the amenities the pool looked clean and refreshing. Early check-in was a breeze, but had a few minor hiccups due to circumstances beyond their control, which we were compensated for. Fully equipped and furnished. I would definitely come back again ! Positive: It was spacious and a good location Negative: Upon check in I did not have a unit number or code to get in and had to wait long to get that info. It was run down and not that clean.
Negative: Lamp missing a lightbulb, flickering lights over master bathroom sink, accordian doors off their track.

Negative: Hello, I just wanted to let you know how much money we lost and this bad experience was beyond our expectations, first of all the owner of the house had no consideration and did not want to negociate but instead took all our money! 2nd however we dealth with your company (booking.com) and has come without any solution and for me that is very bad for your companies name, I gues this is something that does not happen often and so I kindly ask to put yourself in my situation. We lose all our money, no type of consideration because this was something we had no control of. I don't know if we can do bussines in the future because of this horrible experience. We know there is a policy but for us the most importante thing is know how to handle a situation when your client is dealing with this type of crisis. We are coming to the U.S. soon but not to this facility and not using the service of booking.com And I don't recomend anyone to do so! We feel so ripped off!! Regards, F Reyes

We could have had a great time here if they would have fixed everything before we arrived. Positive: We liked it that we could just log in with the security code Negative: The dryer didn't work and they promised us they would fix it. They told us they where sorry and didn't know about it but the guy who came to fix it told it its been broken for months and they need to order parts. we had to take an uber to the laundry mat and this took away a whole day of our vacation. Than we tried to use the shower but this was also broken so we could only use the shower in the big bedroom. this ment we were kicked out our room multiple times when ppl needed to use the shower. and getting ready with multiple ppl is a hassle with only 1 shower that works. they send someone to fix it but you can guess it this was also something that was broken for months and they orders parts to fix it. To top up everything we found roaches in the shower. Most of the ppl where fed up with it and decided to cancel our trip and go home. They came the next day to spray around the apartment. but this was really inconvenient for us. I had to stay with my oldest daughter till her college tour was done after we left earlier because we just didn't wanted to stay there anymore. We where in good contact with them and the always replayed fast but where not able to fix the problems we where having. They promised us 80 back to cover the laundry and uber costs. By the time they sent us the money back is was only €62. this just doesn't feel. If they finally fix the shower & dryer this is a nice spacies place to stay in.
Room 423 Positive: The facility was very nice. The pool and hot tub were excellent and beautiful. We got a little lost trying to find the place but the host was very helpful in finding our way.. Negative: The washer and dryer did not work. The sliding bi-fold closet door was broken and fell. The family bathtub needs a little better cleaning and the curtain rod is rusty and difficult to open and close the curtain. The door of the 3rd bedroom door by upper hinge is broken making it difficult to open and close. The couch is a little worn and needs replacing, but it was clean.

Positive: Ubicación Negative: El apartamento cuenta con 2 baños, de los cuales uno tenia una familia de cucarachas viviendo ahi. Ademas durante la mitad de mi estancia, tube un problema con la secadora de ropa, la cual no funciono, debido a esto tube que llevar mi ropa a un lugar particular para poder secar y pagar extra por este servicio, hable con las personas correspondientes las cuales decian que lo solucionarian durante el dia, nunca llego la persona, debido a esto no pude realizar un viaje que tenia planeado para el dia siguiente.
