Tivemos uma ótima experiência no apartamento! A Thalita foi uma excelente anfitriã, sempre ágil nas respostas e muito proativa. O apartamento é bem localizado, silencioso e seguro, exatamente como esperávamos. Tudo contribuiu para uma estadia muito agradável em Orlando. Recomendo!

Overall, this was a good value for the price we paid. Check-in was easy, the location was excellent—just a block from International Drive—and the amenities like the pool and basketball court were nice. I'd compare the room itself to a typical Comfort Inn. There were a few downsides. The toilet handle was broken, and every couple of uses I had to reach into the tank to get it to flush properly. Also, if you need extra towels, soap, or other supplies, you have to contact the host. They offered to have someone bring them over, but it seemed like quite a process, so I ended up buying what we needed instead. Because of that, I didn't bother reporting the toilet issue until after checkout. The game room was also much smaller than it appeared in the photos. Despite those issues, the staff we encountered on-site were very friendly, and for the price we paid, it was still a decent stay.

The overall experience of our stay was quite nice. Though there were certain aspects of this trip that caused us to waiver from the five star rating. Initially we inquired about early check-in 24 to 48 hours before, and couldn’t get a response about this until after we arrived in Florida. Additionally, since we tried to check in early the host, said there was a cleaning fee. She then said she would take care of it which we were really appreciate of. Though upon arrival, there were still numerous stains, dust and hair left throughout the property. Other than that the location of this estate was wonderful right next to Universal and international Drive, which has a bunch of local and exciting things to take part of. All in all, we are very appreciative of Thalita and Rob for allowing us to stay. The home was very convenient and homey. Thank you!

it was an amazing location

Great place, close to universal and Disney, also walmart and wallgreens. They were very welcoming, and the apartment was clean and cozy. Kinda old place, need a little maintenance, the lights were flickering, but other than that, it was worth.

Alles war wie auf den Fotos! Definitiv zu empfehlen! Sehr nah an den Parks und eine tolle Umgebung.

Although Thalita and Rob’s unit needs renovation i can say the unit was spacey and the bed was lovey. The bathroom was cleaned but looked like it could be cleaned more and Thalita offered to resend a cleaning service to make me feel comfortable which was kind. Great communication and very understandable!.
