We could not have picked a better place to stay! Everything was perfect, location, roomy and beautiful. Sally’s stay awhile was delicious only .3 miles. We walked to dinner last night. It was great. Thanks so much!

Really nice place! Close to broadway and centennial park. Place was clean, beds were comfortable and loved the decor. The balcony was nice for sitting outside at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Cal and Steph are the best! Their Airbnb is in a great location, it’s even better than the photos and way bigger inside than it seems from the outside. Cal and Steph were great hosts. They really did everything to accommodate my group and make our stay as easy as possible. We will definitely be back again!

We had a great stay! It was really close to downtown, while being a lot less busy than downtown. There’s a really good breakfast place down the street. Very clean and modern with comfortable beds and a garage to park in. For us it was a perfect place to stay.

We had a great stay here. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Short drive to Broadway and we walked to Sally’s stay awhile for lunch and pastries in the am, which were delicious.

Cal and Steph were great hosts and their place is very nice. The ability to adjust AC on each of the three floors was nice, especially as we were there in the summer. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the kitchen is fantastic. We also enjoyed coffee every morning and also hanging in the evenings, on the second floor balcony. It's a great location in a cool neighborhood, close to downtown and the freeway. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay in Nashville! The place was beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. We did encounter an issue with the HVAC during our stay, but it was addressed very quickly and professionally. The host was extremely responsive, which we really appreciated. Overall, we loved the space and would happily stay here again.

This home had more than we could ask for. They even allowed an early check in because the schedule permitted. I would definitely stay here again and again.

The home was spotless, and looks just like the pictures. The proximity to downtown and Geodis Park were fantastic. Easy check-in. Quick response on questions. We will definitely book here again when we return!

Plenty of space, common area on second level was great! Garage access was a plus, only down side was additional parking, but overall the stay was amazing!!

If you are in town for soccer, this is a perfect location-less than a 1/4 mile walk-you can see the stadium from the kitchen window. The flea market and a few bars/breweries are also in walking distance. Publix is close by and an easy drive for groceries.

Cal and Steph’s home was exactly as described, well appointed with comfortable beds and really great decor. The location was absolutely perfect for our needs and we will definitely look to book again for our work event in 2027! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We loved staying at Cal and Steph’s place, it was a great and safe location. Close to plenty of restaurants and short drive to broadway and midtown area. The rooms were spacious and beds were super comfortable. I would highly recommend this airbnb, would definitely book again!

We found Cal and Steph’s last minute after being displaced from our home during the ice storm. The place was perfect for our family and turned a bad situation into a positive one. The home was stocked with everything that we needed and then some. We found everything perfectly clean upon check in and the owners could not have been any more accommodating. I can’t recommend this home enough.

They were amazing host let me check in early and check out later. Any problem I had they solved it immediately. Will book again

We had a great time and Nashville and very much enjoyed Cal and Steph’s townhouse. The three king beds with personal en-suite bathrooms was a huge hit for us. The coffee provided was delicious, the garage parking was an added bonus and it was close enough to some great restaurants., however it was too cold to walk to them but definitely doable. Would stay there again for sure.

This unit was exactly what we were looking for. Walking distance to our event at the fairgrounds and upscale living. Very safe environment and super clean everything here.

Great place with lots of room! Rooms with big, comfy beds and large bathrooms. Our hosts were very welcoming and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Loved this airbnb for my event at the fairgrounds and Geodis stadium. Perfect walking to the event and only a quick Uber/Lyft to downtown. (Lyft was usually cheaper) We did door dash some food, groceries and alcohol as there are no stores nearby but it worked out great! We plan to return for the same event next year!

Cal and Steph's place could not have been any more perfect for our visit to Nashville! It was our first visit to Nashville, and the very extensive and thorough information their guestbook provided was incredibly helpful! The house itself was absolutely pristine, and the perfect location of being far enough away from the hubbub of the city, while being close enough to easily and quickly get ubers for everywhere we wanted to go. The location was easy to find, but in a residential area that felt completely safe. I can't say enough about the attention to every detail in the house, the beautiful decor, and the extremely fast and helpful responsive responses to our inquiries. Each bedroom having it's own ensuite bath was perfect for our vacation with friends to have the perfect blend of togetherness and privacy. The balcony was perfect for leisurely enjoying our coffee and chatting in the morning. I rely heavily on reviews when choosing an Airbnb, and I hope this review conveys "Stay here!"

Cal and Steph were incredibly nice and left clear and helpful instructions. The property was clean and in a safe area that made it easy to get everywhere! Great price for our weekend stay and all the amenities worked well. My friends and I all really enjoyed our stay here!
