Our second stay here. A great house with a wonderful yard. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. We will stay here again.

This home is perfect for anyone who wants to spend time in the mountains and also have access to the Asheville scene. We stayed for a horse show at the Western NC Ag Center and it was only an 8 min drive away. Everything was ultra convenient l, well-appointed and extremely comfortable in the home. It was quiet, peaceful and close to great hiking and breweries. Amazing deck and yard!!!!

Great place with a great location.

House was beautiful and great for a weekend away with kids. Very close to some of our favorite spots like Bold Rock and 12 Bones and only 30 min into downtown. Loved the porch swing and patio table for family dinners and very easy to use the TVs. Would come back again!

Lovely home, well equipped for 10 including the kitchen and dining set up - highly unusual from a frequent Airbnb traveler. Had everything we needed in bathrooms, kitchen and Laundry room. Very nice, private location. Only thing I would consider changing is the string “party lights” all around the house which are set to dusk to dawn but really didn’t go off until late morning on a cloudy day. I would suggest a way for guests to turn them off at bedtime, really bright overnight. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We really enjoyed our time here and had a great stay. The area and neighborhood were nice. And the hosts were very attentive and responsive with any of our questions throughout our time there. Definitely would recommend and stay again!

We came to the area for a Spring Mountain Bike trip as a family and stayed for a week. The location is excellent and perfectly situated between Brevard and Asheville. Also nice to have a a huge grocery store right nearby. The house is extremely well appointed and has everython you need for a comfortable stay. The outdoor dining/entertainment area was a huge hit for us along with a perfect loop in the neighborhood to walk our dog! Beds were comfy we'd definitely stay here again.

Very spacious, there was plenty to do, and it was near a lot of what we wanted. We all had a great time.

Lovely place, very comfortable for 5 adults. Excellent kitchen as we cooked and grilled our meals while there. Nice big tables to sit at, play cards and visit. Quiet neighborhood, home is nicely set back for privacy, beautiful covered porch we were able to sit out enjoy the outdoors. Hot tub to close out the evening to some very comfortable beds. We would stay there again if ever in the area, and highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful stay at this home! It was incredibly clean and so thoughtfully decorated — you can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining it. The fenced-in yard was perfect for our dogs, and the location couldn’t have been better for us. It was an easy drive to downtown Asheville and very close to Sierra Nevada, both of which we happily took advantage of during our stay. The outdoor porch table was one of our favorite spots, especially with the beautiful 70-degree weather while we were there. It was the perfect place to gather and relax together. The layout was comfortable for all six of us — close enough to feel connected, but with plenty of space to spread out when needed. This house is truly a gem. The hosts were super friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely recommend this home and can’t wait to stay again!

This home was immaculate, spacious, and perfect for our needs. It is in a great location with easy access to Asheville and Hendersonville attractions as well as having a grocery and restaurants just down the street.

It has been the best place I have ever stayed with my family on vacation, an incredible place, a beautiful house, and the cleanliness? 10/10, it was really worth every penny.

We came to spend a long weekend filled with snow tubing, 'antiquing' and dining. The home was immaculate and was a very peaceful, nice stay. Adequate roominess and privacy for our group of 3 adults and 2 teenage boys. We all agreed that this was our favorite home in the region so far, out of 6-7 years of staying around the area. That being said... hope to return very soon!

We even went snow tubing nearby, which added a lot of fun to our trip!\n\nKelly is an awesome host — proactive, kind, and always making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. This was an amazing house very close to all the things to do in Mills River & Brevard. Very spacious and clean, extremely comfortable beds, and a beautiful, large yard. Will definitely be back!

I have been using this service for almost a decade now and this property is without a doubt the nicest property I have rented yet! Everything was accounted for here. The furnishings were beautiful. To be honest, we didn't want to leave! HA! We will definitely be renting this house again. Highly recommend this property as well as working with this property group as our interactions with them were top notch!

The perfect home base for exploring Asheville, enjoy apple picking and hiking the local trails! Loved that we could bring our dogs with us too! The house was well equipped with some baby equipment and the yard was perfect for our toddler and dogs to run around and explore safely in. Loved our week here with our family!

We had an amazing stay at Kelly’s place! It met all of our expectations for our family of 7 and dog. The fenced in yard was perfect for her to run around in. The house was exceptionally clean! We loved the smell of essential oils when we first entered. Super comfy beds and lines. Well stocked with all essentials. Also in great proximity to the Pisgah forest for hiking and close to some of the best breweries in the area. We can’t wait to come back!!!

This property was perfect for our family’s needs. It is very well stocked with everything you might need. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to return.

We had a really nice stay at Kelly’s place. House was perfect for our family of six, had a lot of nice touches and everything we needed. Even got to use the grill and the hot tub! Which we never usually do. But everything seemed very clean so we felt comfortable doing so. There were a couple maintenance issues I pointed out to the team, they were very responsive and appreciated to hear about them.

We booked this home for a batch trip. The home was clean and as describes. Kelly was very responsive with any questions we had and we would recommend and even book in the future. It is close to town so there were plenty of things to do.

Kelly was an awesome host and made everything easy. We were a group of five adults, and the space had more than enough room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The house was absolutely worth the stay - especially the outdoor setup, which we loved. Between the fire pit, grill area, and the whole-house surround sound system (which quickly became everyone’s favorite feature), it was hard to leave! The location was also super convenient. Around a 30 minute drive to Asheville and close to spots like Sierra Nevada Brewery. Definitely recommend booking this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Mills River! It was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully furnished in a warm, welcoming style that made it feel like a true home away from home. The hosts were responsive, professional, and quick to answer any questions—making everything easy from start to finish. The house was a perfect home base for our extended family gathering, with fabulous amenities and several cozy areas for casual hangouts. Whether we were sitting around the outdoor table for breakfast or gathered at the large dining table for game night, the space was ideal for relaxing and reconnecting. The location couldn’t be better—just minutes from Sierra Nevada (we caught a fantastic bluegrass concert on the lawn!), Bold Rock, and a great selection of nearby food trucks. It also served as the perfect jumping-off point for hikes in Dupont and Pisgah National Forest. Five days flew by too fast—we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

A Gem of a Home in the Blue Ridge Mountains We had an AMAZING stay! My family of four, my parents, and our pups enjoyed a week at this beautiful home and did not want to leave. The yard is large and fenced in which gave our dogs ample space to play together and chase white squirrels up trees. My 12 & 14 year olds loved the large driveway for tossing frisbees and playing corn hole (such a cool set!) and especially enjoyed nights in the hot tub on the back porch under the stars. We all enjoyed sitting on the large, covered, wrap-around porch that has ample seating (including a large dining table and chairs) and a beautiful view of the sunrise. The beds in this home are the most comfortable we have ever had in a VRBO or hotel! This allowed us to get ample rest before taking on the day and exploring the area. The location of this home could not be more convenient. It is a 25-30 minute drive into the heart of Asheville, and an equally easy drive to Brevard, Flat Rock, Hendersonville and local hiking trails. There is a very nice Ingles grocery store just around the corner that has a Starbucks, but this home is well appointed with a coffee maker and a nespresso machine! The kitchen is large and has everything we needed to cook a full Easter dinner. We also had my brother, his wife, and son over for a cookout one day and used the super nice grill on the porch. The decor of the home is wonderful; no detail was left undone. We love the art, the furniture, and even the fan and light fixtures!

Great home for a long weekend of road cycling This was second time renting this property for a long weekend of cycling around Hendersonville. And we’ll keep coming back because of how comfortable we were in this rental! Roomy, well-equipped kitchen, dining, and gathering areas. Beautiful setting. Only problem was the family of white squirrels we fell in love with seemed to be MIA this year!

Excellent property in Mills River with all the amenities and comforts you could possibly need! Had plenty of room for our family inside and out and the huge fully fenced yard was especially nice for our two dogs.

We enjoyed our stay! It was a great location between my Mom's place in Arden and my sister's place in Pisgah Forest. We really enjoyed the hot tub after the physical work we had to do at both places. I enjoyed the bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and my daughter had the upstairs. It worked out great! When we had questions, the host was quick to answer.

Mills River Stay A wonderful property and easy stay. They are communicative and provide a clean place to enjoy time with family and friends. Highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

This was one of my favorite places I’ve stayed because of how clean and homey it felt. The cleaning fee is worth it!! It had everything we needed for a long weekend and then some - like yoga mats, an Xbox and corn hole. It’s in a quiet location with views of the mountains during the winter and a quick drive to downtown Asheville, but there’s also plenty of dining options nearby. A couple of things made this stay feel luxurious like the Sonos sound bars in every room, quality furniture and decor, the heated bathrooms and the soft, plush carpets. We didn’t use the hot tub or the grill because of weather, but this is a perfect place to stay if you want time to relax as well as explore.

Great for a Family This is a wonderful house with every extra that you can think of from expressing maker to the baby bouncer. The hot tub was a nice luxury! Great home away from home to be at while our house was getting repaired from storm damage.

Perfect for family The home was very clean and and spacious for my family. It was great that there were baby gates since we had toddlers, and there was a highchair which helped since we had two babies in high chairs. The home had everything we needed, and then some the checkout was so easy. The host were responsive and assisted me when needed

Excellent Perfect location, super clean - great house and amenities. Gas fireplace was out of propane and fence had an opening so pets could not roam free, but everything else was perfect!

Great location if you’re looking to bike in Pisgah, and be half way between Brevard and Asheville. The house is equipped with an energy saving thermostat system. It takes a very long time to warm up or cool down. Make sure you adjust the temp as soon as you arrive. Nice fire pit but no wood provided, so prepare to purchase your own somewhere. Otherwise a good stay with plenty of space for families. Love the hot tub.

This place was such a gem! The layout of the house was perfect for our group (two adult couples, 3 kids). The hot tub was nice! The speaker system was great for hanging out whether we were inside or out. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the things we needed and the grill was a plus! Can’t say enough nice things about our stay. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. ❤️

I cannot speak highly enough about our stay at this home. First of all, the yard… It is huge and fenced in. We had a hard time planning stuff to do in Asheville because all the kids wanted to do was play wiffleball on the epic field they had set up. The dogs had the time of their lives roaming the fenced in yard… It was perfect. The inside the home was immaculate. Great amenities, modern features, extremely clean. Kelly was so responsive every time I reached out to her. I really hope to be back again next year!

We loved our stay here! The house was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen and living room gave perfect space to hang out. The rooms were nice and the hot tub was a great addition. It was nice to have the totally fenced in yard for the dogs and made the place feel more private. A big hit too was the surround sound Sonos speakers throughout the house! Also the house is very close to a grocery store and a number of breweries we went to during the day. Thanks for the stay, we hope to come back again!

The property was private, but not too far from local conveniences. it was a great place for our family and we really enjoyed having meals outside on the covered porch area.

The location was perfect-- minutes to gas & grocery, 15 minutes to the parks and shopping. We loved the fenced-in yard, which was perfect for our doggie. I can say enough positive things about our stay! The covered porch was our favorite. The amenities were way more than we have ever experienced and that was very helpful with the kids - games, coloring stuff, etc. The house was beautiful inside and out! I rented this house with 3 friends and we were all very pleased with the house. It is beautiful, spotless, modern with its amenities, and had everything we needed. It seems everything in the house is upscale with the intent to make visitors comfy. The mattresses and sheets were amazing! I was the lucky one to get the master bedroom, which has a beautiful bathroom and sliding doors to the deck and hot tub. My dog LOVED the yard and being able to run right out of the door to freedom. We chose this location because we are mountain bikers and wanted to be close to the trails - did not disappoint! There is plenty to do and see around here, especially in nature. I cannot wait to go back!

Tennis tournament place to stay 4 of our team members stayed here for 4 day tournament. What a place for home location, gathering, relaxation games, fellowship !
