The bedrooms where small no place to sit suitcases. For a large group the kitchen needed larger coffee maker and pans.

We’re returning customers, we loved our stay so much and we’re so comfortable, we returned. Access to the beach was easy and restaurants/coffee spots were close by. The only downfall we had was we were hoping to use the swimming pool since we bought our grandkids.

This was a great place for our family vacation! We had a big group with 4 babies 2 and under. We had plenty of room. And the grandparents had their own full apartment which worked out great.

Good communication and easy check in. Great space but you definitely need an exterminator!

Loved the garage area with the activities. Outside was dirty with cockroaches. Beds were not comfortable.

See above Positive: We have been coming to Port A for over25 years and have stayed at various locations. Cleanliness: The house was very clean and nicely furnished with all the necessary cooking essentials. The pool was an added bonus and well maintained. Accommodations: There were not nearly enough bath towels. Of the four bedrooms on the main level, one is a windowless room with a queen sized bed and large TV. It could use a mirror and some means to hang items. Listing: Please revisit your determination of accommodating 14 persons. Four bedrooms and a sofa sleeper on the main floor accommodates 10 persons. The upstairs apartment bedroom sleeps 2 persons. The addition of a sleeper sofa in the upstairs apartment should have been considered. Initially a broken frame and discarded mattress was discovered in the sofa and removed. Had there been a working sleeper sofa, it would have accommodated 14. We had to purchase a blow up bed to make do. Although out of your control, there was very loud music late at night (3am) coming from a neighbor down the street. Negative: See above

First, I’ll start with the good - The air conditioning worked well which was a blessing. The living room area was roomy. The upstairs apartment area was nice to have a separate area for extra room. The location of the house is not too far from the beach and town. The bad- they lied about accommodations, the pull out sofa bed was broken, there was disgusting old trash and debris left in the outdoor shower, the cheapest paper towels and trash bags. The dryer was horrible. Took 3 dryer runs to actually dry clothes. The pool was so small. There was no place to actually enjoy having a cookout or using the grill because the grill is mounted in mud. There is NO yard. The pictures of pool were so deceiving. The rooms were really small. The hallway bathtub was dirty when we arrived and the tub did not drain well at all, gross! Two chairs on the balcony were broken, but they did replace the very next day. We paid over $7k for that house. Pretty sure we overpaid by about $4500.

Upside: This property offers plenty of space for groups. Stocked kitchen. Clean. Downside: For the money you can probably find something closer to the beach. Also, it would be more helpful if the check-in instructions were a bit more specific. Garage door needs to be maintained. Would I stay here again? Probably not. However it was nice overall.

Everything was great. Great location for what we needed and great price. We had a few issues with the water and drainage for the shower but nothing major. All 16 of us we happy and would definitely return.

The communication was not great when we experienced issues. We were unable to use the pool which is partially why we booked the property. When we complained they did nothing to rectify the problem. The WiFi password was also misspelled you’ll need to look out for that issue. Other than that it was a nice space with room for several people.

Great place, great location

Wasn’t a bad spot, we had enough rooms and bathrooms to accommodate all that stayed but there were a few spots for improvement (mainly cleanliness for pool and house). As for the amenities, you definitely can’t beat the location and parking for multiple cars/families is ample! The pool IS SMALL. Yes the photos alluded to it, but those that enjoyed it the most were our four four-year olds. The game room was OK, just be mindful of the time of year you book. The outdoor shower was definitely a highlight of the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but beware of the large mosquitos (house is next to a vacant lot that was holding a ton of standing water from previous rain) and dead roaches that popped up mostly downstairs by the garage.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had and were extremely accommodating throughout our visit. We really appreciated the effort they put into making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable.

The house is at a good location for getting to the beach. We rented a golf cart for easy transportation. The house has all the rooms we wanted for our family. The third floor apartment was very nice too. Beds are comfortable and there’s plenty of room in the living room. It was really nice having a private pool. The staff was always quick to help and reply when I had concerns. Just some suggestions for things to bring from home. Spice and seasonings Paper towels Trash bags Towels Dish soap Hand soap I give this rental 5 stars because we had a great stay and I would rent this house again. Thank you 😊

The house was so beautiful, everything was clean. Even though we had a rainy day it was very comfy to hang out and play games all day

what amazing place to stay with your family amd friends. highly recommend. the game room was the best part for my kids to hangout together. we had a blast playing ping pong and corn hole. I will definitely be back

A great house for a big group! Location was awesome and the house itself was super spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor shower and the game room in the garage. My only feedback is that we would have liked to have more trash bags and dish cleaner stocked - that many people in a house can really rack up trash and dishes! Otherwise, our stay was perfect.

The house itself is great and property management was responsive, and from that perspective it was 5 stars. However, there were a few issues we had that although not “major”, were just an inconvenience. There were 6 of us their for a bachelor party and only one of the trash cans had a trash bag in it and there were none at the property so we had to go buy more night #1. Pull out couch bed is advertised but there is no bedding anywhere for it. The two dish pods provided lasted until they didn’t and had to go purchase those aswell. There were also two washing machine pods but no dryer sheets. There were also WiFi issues but we were rarely at house so it didn’t bother us much.With that said, I’d happily stay here again as house is great and location is awesome- I’d just bring my own essentials.Outside of these

It was a nice home, love the layout the younger crew (19 and 22) got the upstairs like its own private apartment which was nice. The pool was small but deep wasnt terrible since we were traveling with little kids, the location was nice walking distance to the Salty dog and Lowes and gift shops. Was quiet area, house was clean. We did find a few spiders and water roaches but nothing we couldnt take care of. Very nice home will book again.

This is a great place for a large family. Plenty of room, clean and perfect view of the fireworks from our balcony (we were there 4th of July). Large kitchen for family breakfasts and close enough to restaurants and shops. Hosts were attentive and answered questions we had in a timely manner. We would definitely rebook!

The house was in a good location, clean and spacious. The pool is rather small for a large group but still made for a good time. The garage was a cool bonus with games for all ages. Overall, I'd definitely stay at this location again.

We loved our time at Nauti Paradise and will stay there again! The house was beautiful and conveniently located to everything. We enjoyed the games in the garage and the pool. We could not have picked a better place to stay for our getaway.

Wonderful house in a great location.

Our stay at this beautiful Port Aransas home was very beautiful and more. The house easily accommodated our group of 11 with plenty of space to spread out and relax. It was spotless on arrival, well decorated, and really close to the beach — the location couldn’t be better! One of the highlights was the private pool, which gave us the perfect place to unwind after a day in the sun. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, answering any questions we had almost immediately. You can really tell they care about creating a great guest experience. If you’re looking for a clean, spacious, and well-managed home close to the beach, this is the one.

Great place to stay. Enjoyed Mother’s Day weekend in Port Aransas we all loved it. Would stay here agin for sure.

Great time in port A

Family vacation We had a great stay! The property owners were very responsive to our messages.

We had a wonderful stay. The pool was nice to enjoy after a hot day. A couple of suggestions of things to bring. OFF and I mean the deep woods stuff the mosquitos are vicious! Extra pillows and blankets chairs measuring cups Hand soap The grill is a park grill (small) so plan accordingly if grilling for a large group Toilet paper- they have 2 ply Again, this is only suggestions. In no way did it affect our stay. We had a great time!

Bunco group coast trip My only complaint is my group is tooooo old to stay because of all the stairs

Family vacation was a success! Positive: The pool was great for the kids, even the ones young at heart. Negative: The two pullout beds- one was broken and the other locked where we couldn’t use it. Otherwise every was fine. The garage door, we had to hold the button down to close, which we figured out. Little nuances like that, I feel should be labeled or mentioned in the book.

The house was incredible! It really felt like we were at home. It was beautiful, spacious and perfect for our family! We loved that it had a pool for the kids. We especially loved the big parking space, it was perfect and allowed us to hang out outside while enjoying the game room. The host was amazing aswell! I received imediate response when I had questions and the fact that they were available at anytime was very comforting.

Great place. Our kids really loved the pool. We would definitely come back!

It would help if the hot water would last a little longer. We booked a house for 14 people and we had to wait for hot water after each shower. Even when it had three bathroom could only shower at ones. If that gets fix it would make it a perfect house other than that kids love having there own pool.

Family funfest Nice ,clean, and had just about all needed for our group. We broke a wine glass and replaced it with two new glasses. We replaced ping pong balls. We did not put trash in the recycle container, someone left bags and a broken plastic item in the recycle container. We had a great time with the ping pong, shuffleboard and cornhole games.

Great house in a great location - especially for an all adults trip! The game room garage was a hit and made for a fun night even with less than ideal weather! Will definitely be back!

Great place The place was exactly what was described. Plenty of room for everyone and close to all that is needed. Only thing I could suggest is that it would have been nice to have some sort of oven mitt on the property. By no means was this a deal breaker in any way just suggestion. The home was fantastic and was enjoyed. We will definitely book it again on next trip

Excellent It was awesome

First let’s just say there is plenty of parking if you are curious about that. So, the space for 12 of us was perfect throughout the house. Plenty of sitting spots to just chill or other spots to relax and do your thing. Plenty of tv’s if that’s another question for all the different taste of viewing pleasure. We were very happy with the huge porch, take some chairs so you have plenty of seats. The game room we utilized every night playing ping pong or shuffle board. I only recommend taking a fan to help air move around in there other than that, it was perfect. The refrigerator is pretty dang big too. We loved the pool in the daytime but if you don’t pay to heat it, it does get chilly. But don’t let that discourage you it’s really nice. Everything for our weekend was great because it was literally 5-10 minutes from everything you needed or wanted to do. Check it out! We’ll be back next year

Beautiful home just as described! Responsive host! Easy check in & check out. Private pool was a plus although a little too deep so keep in mind if traveling with children. Plenty of parking space. Washer & dryer was great to have! Home itself was super roomy & plentiful of towels, toilet paper, kitchen utensils, etc. We will definitely be back!

Disappointed The house was very spacious, pretty and great location. It had everything we needed for our stay. Here is the downside. There were bees everywhere, including inside. We had to keep our shoes on the entire time we were there. The 3rd floor a/c broke on Friday and after a promise to get it fixed on Saturday, we came back to it not being fixed. I had to call again about 8pm and finally someone came out. The garage door opener broke the first night we were there. Again was told someone would come fix and it never happened. There was no way to secure the garage during our stay. On Saturday night, one of the bathtub faucets would not turn off so water flowed for almost 2 hours before a plumber could drive in from Corpus to fix. He arrived after 1130 pm. My son and his wife were bitten by fleas I. Their bed and one of the bathrooms. The water in the kitchen never got hot. At best it was warm. I had to boil water on the stove in order to wash dishes as the dishwasher kept cutting off mid cycle. We paid over $2k and never expected these issues. While the place was very pretty and clean when we arrived, we would not rent again if we came back to Port A

Aguero family beach trip We had a great time at this house. Enough room for all our family. Loved the private pool. The house was very convenient and close to everything. The booking process was very easy.

Perfect Location We enjoyed our stay at this home! It had everything we needed for our large group of 12 adults. It was too hot for us to really enjoy the cool bar/game room area- but if there was some large fans in there we probably would’ve never gone upstairs! The location was perfect! Within a 5 min golf cart ride to literally anything! There is city parking nearby some of our group was able to park their extra vehicles for minimal cost.

Amazing weekend stay We enjoyed this property for our annual summer trip. we had 10 adults & 3 kids which accommodated each couple to have there own room. The 5th bedroom is separate from the rest of the house which is perfect for a couple with kids because the couch pulls out to a couch and has its own mini kitchen as well up stairs. Great communication with property manager when we had some issues, they were fixed immediately. The outside shower is great to after a long day at the beach. The pool is perfect for the family to gather as well.

Family getaway Cute house! Very accommodating for our family getaway! Loved that it had its one separate one bedroom apt above the main housing for the grandparents to getaway. I would recommend renting this cute and spacious house! Plus side was having a pool to go to after being in the ocean all day

Family weekend This house is in a great location. Pool area was clean. House was clean in some areas and not clean in others. Plenty of utensils and cooking supplies. Wish there were more towels. Dryer did not work well and we had to dry towels on multiple cycles to get them to dry.

Perfect for our big group! The house was clean, exactly as pictured, and in a great location. We had a large group and it fit all of us more than comfortably. The house was perfect to hang at with the game room and pool, but was also super close to the beach!
