We are a group of friends who wanted to spend some quality time together away from the busy city. We had a wonderful quiet stay at this lovely home. The place was comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. the bedrooms were clean and cozy. The bathrooms were spacious. The heating was sufficient for cold night. The area is quieter than other places in the Catskills which is what we were looking for. The design of the place is modern, simple, and chic. The host was always responsive and provided all the information needed for a great stay.
My friends and I had a great time staying in this cabin! The cabin is modern, cozy, inviting, and scenic. I highly recommend if you’re looking to escape the city life for a weekend to unwind.

Spent Thanksgiving here with my family and loved it! Fully stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze and open layout felt warm. Will definitely return for a visit!!
The house is beautifully designed, with comfortable linens and a peaceful location surrounded by scenic reservoirs, great hiking trails, and fun local boutiques and a brewery nearby. We enjoyed many aspects of our stay, and the host was responsive throughout. There were some AC issues during the visit that affected our comfort, but a partial refund was provided, which we appreciated. Overall, it's a lovely place with a lot of charm and potential for a relaxing getaway.
One of my favorite Airbnb stays so far. The home is incredibly relaxing—modern and new, yet still cozy and charming. The master bed is huge, and I got some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while thanks to how quiet and dark it is at night. The backyard is also lovely, with a peaceful pond that’s perfect for unwinding. Overall, a great stay. I’d definitely come back!

What a delightful stay! We absolutely loved the house and thought it was designed perfectly. If you appreciate modern touches but want a country getaway, this is the spot.
Also, great communication and maybe best of all, it was so well-stocked, it’ll probably ruin my expectations for future rentals.

Very comfortable place and really close to the great town of Livingston Manor + there are a lot of other fun and useful things to do in the area. The decor is a little simple.. but overall, we found it super comfortable and the layoff is great. Thank you we will def look to come back at a later date! 🙏
