Safe, spacious, clean and convenient location. Lots of space and light with a balcony right off the kitchen to gather outside. kitchen very well equipped. We visited in July and the A/C worked perfect! Pool is a plus, nice and clean with cabanas on each side to get out of the sun. The storage of our luggage before our flight was a huge bonus. Staff in the building were friendly and very helpful. Beautiful and clean work out room, the Peloton bikes were a treat! We had an electrical problem and the host responded same day and came and fixed it. Great stay was had by all 6 of us girls!! Yes, there is a train rail very close, but we thought it was actually kind of a novel and unique little quirk of our stay!
Melissa was an excellent host, would always respond in a timely manner and very helpful. The NashHyve Condo was great. My whole family loved it. It was very spacious and beautiful. No stale smell, clean kitchen and bathroom, everything was clean. Love the black towel idea, I plan to do that at home. Even though the Condo was top notch, the parking situation was a 2/10. We didn't want to leave for fear on no parking when we returne, especially at night. My grands said the pool was a little small, but we figured out the right times to go. Overalll, we loved the NashHyve Condo. Check in and out was a little different but we rocked that as well.
Fantastic apartment. Well appointed and equipped. Very clean and spacious and nicely decorated. Perfect set up with 3 bedrooms (2 full bedrooms and 1 loft bedroom), and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Plenty of closet space, towels for bathroom use and the pool. Fully stocked kitchen with utensils. Great terrace and walkable to Broadway and the Gulch.
Stayed here for a bachelorette. The suite was beautiful and perfect for our group of 9. The latch key system worked well, it was nice that everyone had their own key. The unit was super clean. The only frustration was the communication with the host at times, it felt like I was communicating with an AI chatbot. We selected late checkout and were charged immediately, even though it says you won’t be charged untill it’s approved. The host forgot about it and I had to send a receipt with proof that my card was charged. That being said, I would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay
Great place, very clean and spacious, I would defly stay there again. Melissa is very responsive. Only con is there is a homeless encampment nearby. Not necessarily unsafe, but felt like we had to be cautious at night.

Great building. 100% worth every penny. Great space. Super clean. Always feel safe. Easy to uber from. This is our third time in the building for a conference. Walkable to the convention center- Bridgestone starts the stretch. Not a great walk to broadway. Bummed you can’t park scooters and bikes out front anymore like you can with the hotels. The scooters were super helpful in the past but not being able to park left me stuck a few times. This is certainly not an issue rental issue, just a statement. Melissa was super responsive and easy to get along with. Only 2 minor things I would improve with the unit- heavier curtains in the loft and a mirror in the living room/common area for that final nashvegas fit check. 9.99/10 would recommend- the scooter parking is a big bummer.
Melissa and her team provided excellent communication with clear expectations for an easy check-in and Check-out! The location was a short and inexpensive uber ride to Broadway. The place had many amenities and comforts of home!
Close to everything, pool was a surprising plus The condo was clean and had all the amenities we required, including a full kitchen for cooking a few meals. It easily accommodated three couples and we loved the fact that we each had our own private bathroom as well as indoor and outdoor space to hang out together. The pool was a surprising plus that we didn’t think we’d use, but we spent every morning in the pool before venturing into town! The train runs right beside the building and beside the pool and it’s quite frequent and loud, but if you’re inside with the door shut, it was less obvious and we got used to it by the end of our stay. Although the bedroom in the loft was private and had its own bathroom, it didn’t have full privacy, such as doors or windows, but the curtains definitely helped to close off the space. The place was perfect for our needs, the host was very attentive, and we’d definitely stay there again!
