It was a pleasure hosting you, Matt! We really liked the location, maybe 500-feet to walk to the beach. AMI is great for beach access, and the location of this house is nice as it has no traffic noise, is not too far from shops/restaurants, and also close to the beach. We felt like the house was well cleaned, better than many rentals. We liked the tables and furnishings, not opulent, but nothing cheap or breakable. The space was as-advertised with beds and such, and our mattress was actually comfortable (better than most rentals). We stayed the week after Christmas and through New Years, so obviously a colder time of year, but our only disappointment was the pool heater did not work (breaker tripped frequently, but even when working did not raise it even a single degree and the pool was simply too cold to use, in the low 60*F range). The sun did not heat it up either due to nice tropical landscaping (palms). Probably an expensive fix, but would be fine in the warmer months.
