The two beds two baths condo is as described on the 41st floor of the Elser hotel. Gorgeous bay views. Access to the hotel amenities is a huge plus. Immense heated pool with kids section on the 10th floor. Playground with some activities. Huge 2 floors gym with latest equipment. The Bayview restaurant near the pool is average and overpriced. But the pizza/oysters/crudo restaurant ViceVersa near the lobby is great. Make sure to check the happy hour with $1,50 oysters and $10 wine and cocktails between 5 and 7 PM.
Beach free access in South Beach through the Marriott. Two loungers, two towels and one umbrella plus iced water.
Minor cons:
Missing plates in the condo. Only four.
No cleaning included during stay even for long stays. We stayed 8 nights. No vacuum or cleaning products. 3 dishwasher pods, 3 garbage bags no washer soap.
Made one request for hangers because there is only two small drawers per room and only 3 hangers for the entire condo. Clothes have to by hung. Refused.
This place was absolutely amazing. Perfect location. Fantastic value. Family of 4 with kids - super responsive and helpful. Easy access to miami beach, amazing views, perfect (and reasonably priced) pool. Whats not to love?
Beautiful views, clean, and perfection location. The host was extremely responsive, proactive, knowledgeable and pleasant. My family had a wonderful time and would stay in the same location again. Thank you!
Great stay and amazing views
We really enjoyed our short stay so much so that my family who was with us booked another night on our way back from the cruise at the same building. The views from this particular room was unbelievable and the amenities were great!
The 4 of us were EXTREMELY pleased w the Elser. Pool area was great. Room views crazy beautiful. Close location to about everything “Miami”.
This was a 5plus accommodation! The corner balcony view was amazing! It was perfect for 2 couples. The mangement was very responsive to communication. The kitchen had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to provide instructions on the coffee maker. I will definitely consider staying with MVR for future travel in the area.
My best friend and I stayed here for 3 days for a birthday getaway. The pictures are EXACTLY what you get. The host was extremely friendly. The restaurant on site is soooo good. I will definitely add this to one of my favorite locations. The view is breathtaking. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. Five stars!!!
Short Stay
It was just overnight but it was exquisite. I would definitely book again if in Miami. Super hosts and luxury accommodations.
The place is beautiful, the view spectacular, and the location is great, but we had problems with early check-in. They deducted the amount for early check-in, but it was never approved. We then had to request a refund, so if you want to arrive early, it's difficult. We didn't have air conditioning for two days until they came to fix it. We also had problems with the valet parking attendants, who were extremely disrespectful, using obscene language and showing zero respect. Overall, the place is very welcoming, and the common areas are beautiful.
Had a difficult check-in, as apt. was given to another party prior to our arrival. Took an hour for this to be admitted and a lesser apt. offered as alternative.
Place is clean with a nice view, though a bit far from the beach. Residence is very lively with a nice gym and pool.

We absolutely loved this unit — the view is truly amazing and was the highlight of our stay. The self-parking option was very convenient for us. Although the unit wasn’t quite ready at check-in because it was still being cleaned, the team finished within 10 minutes. The space was clean, well-maintained, and the appliances worked perfectly. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great views and a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

We had a perfect stay at this Airbnb during our weekend at Bayside! The space was cozy, clean with a beautiful view making it a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring.
