Very nice. Wish there was dressers or somewhere to unpack

Will stay here again when coming to Nashville. All the amenities and locations were great. There is some construction across the street (we were made aware before) that started a bit early- but that is out of Melissa’s control!! Pool was great. Decent workout room. Easy Uber/Lyft to broadway. Nice walk to Division St and Demonbreun restaurants and bars. Very happy with our stay!!

Very spacious & modern unit. Prompt response. Street facing unit is susceptible to car noise at night. Love the gated parking and the ability to walk to 2 coffee shops.

The condo is in a great location in Nashville, and the parking was an added bonus. Multiple coffee shops and restaurants just down the street. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities needed. The Host checked in multiple times during our stay. We enjoyed our stay very much and would rebook this unit again.

Our stay was great. The location was perfect for taking our Grandson to Belmont University. The pool was an added plus, as well as the top-floor pool table and patio. Parking was a concern as it is first-come, first-served, but there was always plenty of parking. I am sure we will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Entry instructions were easy and the included parking was a great benefit. Everything was clean and exactly as described. Beds were comfortable as well. The location of the pool wasn't clear and difficult to find. The instructions were housed on a 3rd party website/app that was easy to access, but didn't seem to have all the information (or I just couldn't find it 😁). Overall, we would absolutely stay again and loved everything about the unit.

Could not have asked for a better experience staying here. Melissa’s apartment was everything you could hope for in an Airbnb, it was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained. Melissa was an outstanding host: communicative, responsive, and provided clear information throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were both seamless, making the entire experience effortless. We would highly recommend staying here!

This was actually a very resonance price I’m more than pleased with the location and what we had to pay.

We really enjoyed our stay! Melissa provided lots of helpful information right off the bat and when we had a hiccup at check-in, we called the number and got assistance right away. If you’re looking for a quiet spot with easy access to nightlife, we highly recommend!

Very clean and spacious place. I also appreciate the easy keypad entry and exit. Pretty good location for the price.

Everything was very nice. My only complaint was the construction noise started at 7:00 AM and the description said it started at 8:00. Melissa said she would adjust the information. I would like a TV and ceiling fan in the master bedroom but that is just my preference. Nothing I would ding them for.
