Amazing stay, thank you!

Excellent location in Music Row. Attractive unit with nice decor, comfortable beds and nice touches in the kitchen--local coffee and a few basics like cooking oil, salt and pepper and sugar.You may want to bring your own pillows though as they were way too large for a small person like myself.

My group and I stayed here for my friend’s bachelorette event!! It was an excellent place to stay and super walkable, easy to get to broadway!!! Highly recommend!!!😃

Melissa was easy to communicate with. Responding quickly. Very clean unit and comfortable beds. Large bathrooms. Would stay here again.

New construction in a very convenient location on Music Row. Close to shopping, restaurants, and universities. Very nicely furnished with sustainable furnishings, covered parking and a pool. Hosts were very responsive and polite. I highly recommend!

We had a nice time. We Met up with a friend from Florida. I liked being outside the hustle And bustle of downtown Nashville yet we were a few minute drive from the conference hotels. The area felt safe.

We booked this for a small girl's trip (party of 3). The condo was beautiful and we felt very safe staying here. The building has a private gated parking garage where we did not have to worry once about our vehicle. The lobby and outdoor area was well lit and the location made it so easy to secure a Lyft within a matter of minutes. Melissa's communications were clear and easy to follow. The surrounding area had wonderful coffee shops and was safe for walking/running. We sadly didn't get to use the pool area during our stay due to our own itinerary but it was beautiful and looked very clean. The condo itself was so clean, comfortable, and well stocked with basic kitchen essentials, linens, and towels. We loved the bedroom set ups (TVs, ceiling fans, and cozy large beds) and the bathrooms were also well set up and spacious for all of us to get ready at the same time without having to be on top of each other. We will certainly look to book this place again for our next trip to Nashville!

Melissa’s place was perfect and amazing for our 35th anniversary. It was close enough to Music Row to access easily but far enough you could enjoy a quiet morning coffee. Melissa was available for any questions we had and made sure we felt at home. We will definitely go back.

Close to everything and a cute space!

Guess being a holiday (Juneteenth ) didn't know / no one was at front desk to help. Guess the door code was wrong & unable to communicate with anyone for an hour or more to get inside. The TV in bedroom with 2 beds does not work. The place was very clean.

Only qualm we had was the air conditioner not working, but host was amazing and got someone out quickly. It ended up going out again and so there were two nights where the place got up to 78 degrees! Not so pleasant to try to sleep in. Host was very responsive with the problem.

The place is exactly as described. The place is very clean, comfy beds, nice pool area, roof top patio with great views. We were a 4 to 5 min drive from everything we planned on going to. If ever back in Nashville we will stay here again.

Beautiful place, well appointed, excellent location. Parking was a plus. You can get coffee next door (or make your own!) we walked to Pop Up bagels in the morning which was fantastic. Walked to Vanderbilt University. Quick uber to the strip. Would stay again for sure. Thanks Melissa!

As listed, very clean, nice location, safe area, initial check in was a little difficult as my provided code didn’t work and I needed to call to work that out and get into the apt. I liked that there was a private parking garage and the building was pretty quiet.

We thought the condo was really cute. The only thing I would ask for the future is to have a plunger in the bathroom in case it's needed. Otherwise, we had a fabulous time. Loved loved loved that there were full length mirrors. You don't find that too often. One of my friends did not care for the bed. She said the mattress was too squishy.

Mela’s place was perfect for my wife and two teenage daughters on our trip to Nashville. The building seems quite new and secure and all the onsite amenities are as advertised. The location is great with short and inexpensive ride-share trips to Broadway. The secure, off street parking made car trips easy as well with the onsite EV charger a huge bonus for us. The neighborhood has nice coffee shops nearby and restaurants within a short walk - we loved Egghill. We contacted Mela with a question on where the laundry detergent was located and she got back quickly. Thank you!

The condo and building were very clean and updated. The location is pretty good - about a 20 minute walk to restaurants but will need to Uber to Broadway. Great front door staff!

Amazing location. Great for families. Our boys loved the pool table for down times. Great community. Local church had community activities for all ages. So welcoming!

The condo was as expected and very clean! The host is very responsive and the instructions are very clear. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, it was a nice stay. Rooftop was easily accessible and enjoyable even in the colder weather.

We had a great stay at this location, conveniently located in a beautiful neighborhood and also a comfortable distance to Music Row and the Gulch. Condo is practically brand new in a great building with excellent security features. The setup is perfect for two couples, big bathrooms and tastefully furnished. Easy checkin and departure. Great stay on Music Row! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. The location was perfect—super easy to get to The Gulch, which is where we spent most of our time. Convenient, walkable/Uber-friendly, and exactly what we needed for our trip. Would definitely stay again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The place is perfect for two couples. We loved being on Music Row, which is within walking distance to Belmont, Vanderbilt, and lots of fun eateries. The apartment complex was especially peaceful and the beds were comfy. We would book again.

The condo was perfect! It was in a great location to walk or Uber most places for under $10! I never heard a neighbor or street noise. There are three coffee shops within a block of the condo and many great restaurants. The garage and condo entry instructions were extremely detailed and everything went smoothly! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. I will recommend this condo to family and friends who travel to Nashville!

Nice, clean and well appointed unit. Host was very attentive and always available to make sure we had everything we need. Great location in quiet area yet walking distance to most attractions.

Highly recommend. The only hesitation is the fact that the living area is small for the number of people who could comfortably sleep here. Other than that, excellent!

Loved the place and location! We were all very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit, as well as the comfy beds. The location was great and perfect for walking to almost everywhere we wanted to go!
