This place was awesome! Being there during peak fall was a real treat. The house is secluded, near the top of the mountain, with incredible views. The hosts were helpful and accommodating with some of our requests as well. Would definitely return!

The home was beautiful and the views were incredible. The house was very clean and although it was private, it was not a long trip to get back into downtown to try some fun restaurants and places to visit.
We had a lovely stay and even saw a total of five bears!
We had a great stay, the house was beautiful and the views were even better. We had no issues and were a good distance to downtown Asheville that allowed us to pop down for a few hours and then come back to the house. Highly recommend!
Rented this location for a Bachelor Party with 7 guests. Everyone was able to get their own bed, and the groomsman got an entire suite all to himself. The house is well furnished and clean, with lots of nice extras for a family or group hanging out at the house. I’d happily rent it again.
Beautiful Mountain View’s and a large house with plenty to do
This home is beautiful, clean and welcoming. We had everything we needed and more. Kyle and Nicole reached out to make sure we had everything we needed and responded quickly if we had questions. We would stay here again without any reservations. Thank you Kyle and Nicole.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and our kids loved the ping pong table and giant Jena in the game room. The view from the back porch was lovely. We even saw a mama bear and her 3 cubs come down the hill and cross the ridge! The house was very secluded and peaceful yet also conveniently only a 15-20 min drive to all of the fun activities Asheville has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property! The home was exactly as described—beautiful, spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The mountain views were amazing, and it was the perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy the holiday. Kyle and Nicole were outstanding hosts. They were very responsive, friendly, and proactive in checking in to make sure everything was going well. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would absolutely stay here again if we’re back in the area. Thank you for a fantastic experience!
This home was perfect to host a family gathering! We all had plenty of space to spread out and come together. We loved the eight person round dining table, and that view is incredible to eat with! The hot tub was really nice, and we also enjoyed the game room in the garage. The kitchen was big enough to host our big group and that's not always been the case in years past. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking to enjoy the peaceful mountains of Asheville, and while just being a short drive away from all the modern conveniences of the Grove Park area.
