The place looked just like the pictures we loved our cabin and all the amenities it came with. Would stay again.

Someone was there to fix it within 30 minutes! Would recommend staying here beautiful scenery and even got to see some bears!!

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! Lovey Mountain View! I really enjoyed sitting on the deck sipping coffee and staring at the mountains. Main bedroom is utterly fantastic. High ceiling. King bed. En suite bathroom with a massive walk in stone shower. Kids raved over the arcade game in the basement. Plenty of room for all of us. Well stocked kitchen. We were able to cook everything we wanted to. Do pack extra toilet paper though. The site advertised as providing the essentials, which included toilet paper and soap. We ran out of toilet paper on the second of our five day stay. We notified the manger and were politely informed that we were provided with a starter pack and that was it. So 20 minutes down the mountain to Walmart we drove. We also grabbed hand soap, since there was not a single hand soap in the entire cabin. Also keep in mind that the host number goes to a management company. The staff were super polite and tried to be helpful. But they couldn’t tell us how to work the key pad lock.

I was skeptical of the Christmas tree in the living room when we arrived (in March) but it was sooo cozy at night. I loved it. Plenty of towels and toiletries for us! Would definitely stay here again!

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! The house was so nice and decorated festively for Christmas. There was plenty of room for our party for 8! The view from the house was amazing! It is a steep drive to get up, but my SUV did fine. Close to Pigeon Forge, but far enough away to feel removed from the touristy vibes of the town. Be advised they only provide a starter kit of kitchen and bathroom essentials. You only have the trash bags in the cans and the toilet paper on the rolls. So if you have a big group, are planning to stay for more than a few days, or cook inside the home, you will need to bring extra trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.

The multiple levels of living rooms & outdoor space fit every person's needs. The views were incredible & ample parking. We definitely enjoyed the stay here.

The rooms are spacious and the views are unbelievable! Other than not knowing we needed to supply toilet paper and garbage bags, the company communicated very well. We will definitely use them again on our next stay.

This place was amazing , it was so peaceful and great place for my family to stay , the only thing we didn’t like was that there was no general bathroom , all bathrooms are in someone’s bedroom , with a group our size we would have appreciated a general bathroom , other than that is was amazing

House/cabin has great layout but us in need of a thorough cleaning. Carpets stained, minor things broken, kitchen missing some basic things, small appliances didn't work, plates pots pans dirty. Light bulbs out, broken bed, door missing stop, etc. .. Dustin from Eden Crest was very empathetic and communicated well.
